I have been repored from my tenant that there is water leakage from upstairs to grand floor kitch ceiling. I have lived in this place for 5 years and just rental to this tenant in 2 month. I was frustrated and called few plumbers and restoration guys come to check. None of them are responsible, one guy told me that it will cost around 30k to open the whole ceiling to fix the plumbing and another guy come to take a look did not find leakage and charged me $160 for accessing. Finally I found Mike, by the talking, a few questiones he asked me about the leakage I know he knows what he is doing. Texted a picture of a hole in our popcorn ceiling caused by a drain leak on Wednesday and by Friday noon had booked an appointment and had the ceiling fixed. Michael was very knowledgeable and obviously good at what he does as there is no noticeable line where the hole was and only a slight shade difference between the 40 year old popcorn and what Michael did that will fade with time. Would definitely recommend him if you have popcorn ceilings. read more

Excellent and highly professional service... Kind and polite. We had had this big hole in our living room drywall (hole went right through ) Mike patched it and left the wall like NEW again... All in less than an hour's time. He was even nice enough to even patched two smaller holes on our doors.
