Turned the dial and noticed it was crooked and would barely turn. Couldn't light the torch because I was afraid I would break it. Came in today and tried to exchange it. Dude behind the counter looks it over and says " I mean it's a little messed up it's a little tight". But he refuses to exchange it and says once you leave the store no exchanges. Soooooo, you say yourself that it's not right but you won't exchange it? I didn't askfor my money back. Just wanted a product that I paid for that functions properly. Dude would not exchange it. I've had some poor quality glass from there im the past but no big deal. This time was the last time I will spend my money in there. I get choices are slim out here but a biz owner should stand behind the products they sell. Don't spend your money in there on products they don't even stand behind. BEWARE, unless you're only coming by for cigarettes and cigars, not sure how the cracked out lady can scam you with those pre sealed products..... I have been to this shop a handful of times over the past months, and the lady, similarly described in previous reviews as a meth user, was actually decently behaved and respectful to me, as I'm a pretty fair guy to anyone. I got a bowl piece the other day, and to no avail... IT HAS NO HOLE IN IT FOR EVEN AIR TO PASS. I call in today, and I'm yelled at that because the stores phone systems are awful and making a ringing noise, and I am hurting her ears and "I'M NOT WELCOME TO EVER CALL IN AGAIN I have a really good job, dealing with some of the largest customers on the planet, so I don't understand where the disconnect may have been, but it's safe to say someone may have over partied last night with the 10 bucks I'll never see again due to a bowl piece with NO HOLE !!! And, it's not worth me going back to see another one of this tweakers episodes, as you can view below within her 15 negative 2.5 star average review section. You can tell he genuinely loves cigars and enjoys helping others discover something new. So, just ask him to recommend a stick if you're feeling like trying something new or not sure what would hit the spot. With his recommendations, I ended up taking home a few My Father, Oliva Serie V Melanio, and Arturo Fuente cigars. It wasn't a sales pitch--it was just a great conversation between cigar enthusiasts. Friendly and helpful. Looked around and then Blessed the Humidor. Sat up to the bar. Which had a great selection by the way! Kim poured me an excellent Whiskey and cut my stogie! Immediately felt at home as I started up the friendly banter with several local regulars! The quality of the Humidor is in superb condition. The selection is top shelf as well. About this time Hilary came in and took over the bar with a smile. I was so comfy I had another pour and grabbed a second Stogie! It is my understanding that this Cigar Lounge has been here many years. I can see why and expect it to be one of my main destinations every time I come back town!
