Move out clean of townhouse. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Paid…read morefor 2 cleaners for a 4 hour block of time from 1 to 5 pm. Two bathrooms were left uncleaned. The toilets, 8 light fixtures, baseboards,  mirrors, vanities, space under the 3 sinks,  baseboards, shower stalls, and doors were left undone in 2 bathrooms. Wall smudges, light switches, and baseboards were not cleaned. All the mirrors on the mirrored bifold doors on 3 closets of 2 bedrooms and the front entrance hallway were left uncleaned. Baseboards and light switches were not wiped in the hallway closet, smaller bedroom closet, and walk-in closet in primary bedroom. The cabinet under the double kitchen sinks was not cleaned. The lower cabinet where there's a lazy Susan was not wiped out. The inside of the dishwasher was left dirty, so it was also not cleaned. The baseboards around the kitcken island were not wiped. The laminate floors in the kitchen and dining toom were left smudged and not done. I cleaned the laminate floors recently, days after the cleaners were here on Thursday, March 28th. None of the blinds were cleaned. The large venetian blind in the smaller bedroom, as well as the 3 large venerian blinds and two smaller venetian blinds in the living room, were left dusty.  The 4 large venetian blinds and 2 smaller venetian blinds in the kitchen nook and dining area and small blind by the entrance door were not cleaned. A lot of the kitchen cabinets had previously been cleaned by me. The oven was wiped out. The oven had self-cleaned days earlier. The refrigerator was completely cleaned.  The front entrance hallway was mopped. That's all. The cleaners arrived late at 1:05 pm. After they left, toilet paper was missing from one of the bathrooms. When they were about to leave, we were returning to meet them at the townhouse. They knew that we were on our way. We caught them pulling away in their car at 5:05 pm, but stopped them to chat. They would have left an empty townhouse unlocked.

I have an 1100 sq foot house. They were all very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. After they were done, the overall cleanliness had me pleased. As I started to look closer, the baseboards and above the curtains weren't touched (and that should have been done. The kitchen was in great shape but they had used some of my own oven cleaner (well it was in the cleaning drawer, must have been here when we moved in) and every time I turned on the oven it smelled like chemicals. Gross. Nothing natural about that. The owner was nice, but was a bit flakey. Took a long time in the beginning to get my quote and then never received an invoice after I had requested it.

We knew we needed a new furnace when we bought our house a few months ago and also wanted to add a…read moreheat pump. We did some research and got 3 quotes from local companies that all have very good reputations. We decided to go with Servicexcel even though their quote was about $800 more than the others. The main reason we went with Servicexel is that they quoted on higher quality equipment and their system designer took the time to explain why, in plain simple language. Plus the equipment they quoted on have a better and longer warranty. After they provided the quote, they were very quick to answer all our questions. The ladies that answer the phones were very knowledgeable and prompt to help however they could. They also took the extra step to arrange for the rebates that we qualified for. Once they started to do the install, the technicians both were very knowledgeable and able to explain what they were doing and were very efficient. It was not the easiest install (due to the cramped and awkward furnace room and crawlspace), but these two technicians took it all and made it look much easier than I thought it would be. During the install they were very good at keeping the area clean and went through the whole area afterwards to vacuum up and make sure everything was back to normal. I would highly recommend Servicexcel and their dedicated employees to anyone that needs any type of HVAC service or replacement.
