(Well over $12,000 to repair just the foundation area), not including the cost to move the building and then move it back, it also started causing issues due to its sliding against their drain field, causing more damage... In the meantime they took him to court, as he has ignored all of it constantly and has not responded to anything they've requested and is avoiding what is owed to them. They did win in court, and are now stuck, as he will not do the right thing...just pay them what you owe and do the right thing. This is NOT how to conduct business. BEWARE if you do business with him. *Also, you're able to look up the court case for yourself and see the avoidance and disrespect, it is free to the public using e-court website.*

At 9:00 a.m. that day, I received an appointment confirmation email that asked me to confirm, which I did. David never appeared. No one emailed or called me - they just left me waiting for nothing. Ghosting a potential or current customer is the most unprofessional thing a company can do, and shows their complete disregard for you by wasting your time. They could have declined the appointment or reached out to say they did not want this work, and anyone would understand that. This was rude and a huge red flag about their business model. They inadvertently did me a favor and have sent me elsewhere.

The Gonzalez contract stated scraping of old paint is included, but the team refused to scrape paint off my siding saying they don't do that. I brought it up with the foreman multiple times. Well, most of the exterior of my house is siding, so I would never have signed the contract if that was stated at the outset. See the attached photo for how they just spray paint over peeling paint. I called the owner and left a message but there was no return call. I won't get into other issues, but for this reason alone, I am giving 1 star.
