The man that greeted me at the door came with a mouth full of food after waiting 5 minutes for anyone to show there face ti greet me!! Then he asked who are you? Completely rude and acted put upon for asking questions when he gave a run down of the facility. He never explained how to use the equipment properly. He pointed to rooms where your supposed to go and the was the end of it!!! After going into the spa tub I noticed it was not cleaned, there was hair in it, the tub sides had grease on it and the tv/music in the room never worked. All you could hear is loud jets of the tub and the water stayed luke warm. I went to the desk to ask about this and again this young kid disappeared and no where to be found and another customer waiting to be spoken to standing there! I saw NO disinfectant sprays or towel avail for them to clean with or for the use of the customer. They have a facility with so many different things going on you can assure yourself it's a money making business just to get you in and tell you all the great things that will help improve you when it's all nothing but old used equipment. The facility itself was not clean and looked dingy. Another store front put up in strongsville trying to rip off customers and promise them the world with all the healing devices, as opposed to really seeking out professionals that have the proper equipment in there office and regulated by medical professionals. Not someone off the street to just sign up for the job to fill in as a body! Terribly disappointing and never got back my money after repeatedly calling and sending emails. Poorly run establishment, lack of customer service, unsanitary and way overpriced for what you think your supposedly buying off the pictures from there website! I am writing to bring to your attention a serious incident that occurred at your Restore location…read morein Strongsville on Saturday, the 7th, at approximately 9:00 a.m. I arrived for my scheduled IV drip appointment with female nurse, I'll call her nurse "O" on duty. Although I checked in on time, I was not seen until around 9:30 a.m. During this period, nurse O appeared visibly overwhelmed and was repeatedly on the phone, which she stated was with the owner of the company and an individual from another store. Her distracted and frazzled demeanor immediately caused concern, particularly because I am anxious around needles and rely on staff professionalism to feel safe during IV treatments. My IV drip was started around 9:45 a.m. During this time, another guest had been waiting for approximately 45 minutes while nurse O continued troubleshooting equipment issues over the phone. When she eventually began administering his IV, the gentleman became extremely ill almost immediately. His reaction was severe enough that it appeared something had gone wrong with the IV placement. Despite this, emergency services were not contacted. Due to my own sensitivity to situations involving illness, I had to remove myself from the room. Approximately 15 minutes later, nurse O asked me to return to the room for her convenience. I asked whether the gentleman was still ill, and she assured me he was fine. Shortly afterward, another guest arrived for an IV. While attempting to start his IV, nurse O again appeared to struggle and called to the front desk for assistance. The guest began bleeding heavily during the process, which was alarming to witness. Additionally, I observed nurse O speak abruptly and dismissively to another woman who had come in with a question. The interaction was unprofessional and left the woman visibly uncomfortable. As a long‑time customer, I found the entire experience extremely concerning. The lack of organization, the apparent difficulty with basic IV administration, the absence of appropriate medical response, and the unprofessional communication created an environment that did not feel safe or trustworthy. As a result, of this incident and the month prior when I came in and had a young man giving me my IV drip, leaving my arm severely bruised for days I thought it was best for me to cancel my membership! I was considering returning due to it used to be a very calm atmosphere, but within the last two months and these two incidences, I have changed my mind! I believe it is important that you are aware of these issues, as they pose both safety and service concerns for your guests!

So walking back to my massage, I passed a few exam rooms (chiropractors here) and a yoga studio. The actual massage room didn't have a lot of zen like atmosphere like other places I've been to had. No fancy aromatherapy. There was some faint music in the background. Linens appeared clean. My first masseuse was a young fellow and I was expecting him to be strong but even though I requested he keep massaging harder (i love deep tissue) i wasn't sure if he just didn't want to hurt me but he just didn't get the fact that I wanted a deep tissue massage. If I didn't have the two session deal I would not have come back. Lucky I did though, my second masseuse on another day was Maria. She had the hands and skill of a massage veteran.
