At this gym , I take yoga , Zumba , weight lifting, dance fitness, and water aerobics. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week a minimum of 2 hours a day. All of this is less than $60 a month. And now , I will be bringing my toddler grandson with me and for a small additional fee there is a very attractive day care. The employees are relaxed , supportive, and very interested in you becoming a more healthy and fit person. The broad selection this gym offers definitely out weigh the minor hiccups that you will encounter with running any type of business.
