It was a crew of nine. They helped remove a bunch of overgrown ivy and weeds throughout my property and hauled away a bunch of junk (some of which had been sitting around for over 20 years). I called before the walk-through to ask him who he would recommend for hauling away the debris away. He was already taking it to the dump. Most of it was from the other contractors. Since his quote was already within the market range, I simply asked whether there was any room for a small discount so we could move forward and close the deal. His response was, "That's my lowest price. If you don't accept it, don't waste each other's time." On top of that, he required a 40% deposit before any work was performed or materials were delivered.
