Would never recommend this service to anyone. They ruined my $10,000 leather sectional on 5/11/20. Told me they would not be charging me for the $130 cleaning. I was able to get the couch repaired through the protection plan I had. Fast forward 3 years they put me into collections for the $130 cleaning. I was absolutely appalled but just paid the collections company as to avoid any further dealings with them. They then have the audacity to email me today, 4 and a half years after this service with another invoice for $130. Ula claiming she was never paid and demanding proof of payment. Luckily I save everything and found the collections letter and proof of cashed check from my bank. I provided everything to her and she just responded saying she zeroed out my account now. Not even an apology. This company is a huge scam and horrible at cleaning. Stay FAR away. read more

I struggle on how many stars to give this company. I'm so disappointed because companies want to be paid and nickel and dime you yet under deliver. I used this Comp over a year ago and wasn't fully satisfied, for many of the same reasons today. I realize these cleaning companies will only clean what the naked eye sees. Therefore don't expect for dusting to happen under any items of furniture. Not even my wood floor that is exposed to walking areas was really dusted. I paid $218 for 3 hrs for two women to clean my home. I have no problem paying. However how is it there are two women in my home and it's still not thorough? They used all my cleaning tools and sprays/disinfectants. Otherwise using their stuff is extra $. When I got home many of my supplies were almost depleted. When I clean my two story home I have product left over to clean another 7 times! I had to go behind the ladies and dust under my couch and chairs. The wood floors still had visible dust. They rearranged things in certain rooms to make it look estetically pleasing. However, I would have preferred that time be spent on doing a thorough cleaning job in my home. AMAZING!!!!!! I am so happy I found them. I couldn't believe how fast (and thorough) they were. Booked for a deep cleaning. Our house was vacant and sitting on the market for over a year. There was dirt, dust and cobwebs everywhere. Within 2 hours it was sparkling. Very unreliable. They cancel at the last minute and won't get back to you unless you get in touch with them. Even then it can take days to hear back from them. The women are rough move things around that you can never find and break things without even letting you know. The cleaning is subpar and all they basically do is spread the dirt around making it less noticeable but still apparent. They also charge too much for the quality of work. Stay away! read more

I'm torn on how many stars to give because the owner seems very nice but I was pretty disappointed with my experience. The actual cleaning that occurred was pretty good. However, I was not happy with the overall condition that they left my home. I've used many different cleaning services before and I understand that generally there are some things left out of place when they leave since they may not remember where things go, etc. But I have never been left with such a mess - my furniture which was moved for the cleaning (which should be a good thing) was totally randomly left misplaced in the room in a way that was clearly haphazard and not right. I couldn't find many of my things after and eventually found them in totally random places after a great deal of searching and confusion. Even those things aren't a huge deal to me but still worth noting. The worst that happened though was that the women ripped my mirror/dresser off the wall where it had been attached ever since I moved in (image attached). There is no way that anyone who was careful wouldn't realize that it was purposefully attached to the wall and not just randomly stuck, yet they ripped it off my wall and then just left it like that without saying anything when clearly the holes in the wall should have been an indication that something was wrong. When I let the owner know she offered to send someone to fix it but I still paid full price when in reality I was left with more headaches than anything. People hire cleaning services in hopes that their homes will be left in better condition than when they came, not worse. So I'm overall very disappointed and unfortunately I feel compelled to share my experience. read more

I'm very disappointed. I have an extremely tiny studio: just a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. My place was also not very dirty. I just wanted a basic clean. I was told that because my place is so small the cleaners could do a little bit of a deep clean and that they'd do my oven. I was very pleased with that. When I came home the first thing I saw was my bed (pictures attached). They ignored the sheets I left out for them and just arranged the pillows. They also never cleaned the oven as promised. There were other mistakes- my kitchen chairs were all askew, the garbage cans just left in the center of the room, some dirt on the stove, my bathroom light completely undusted- but honestly i would have been perfectly happy if I had not had to immediately make my own bed after paying for this service. I informed the owner about this and all she said was "thanks for letting me know." No apology, no partial refund, no coupon for next time. Ula and her ladies are fabulous! Ula came to my house 3 years ago and did a thorough inspection. Her estimate on time and cost were right on. She found a team of ladies who have been just excellent. Always on time. They right to work, do what they need to do and leave. I can leave them alone & can trust them completely. I get a text and an email to remind me when they are coming. Ula is also wonderful about finding me a substitute team if I need to rearrange my schedule, as long as I give her enough warning. It was the first time using this cleaning company. I called on a Saturday for service on Wed. Ursula was very accommodating to fit me in. I was told the services are more expensive due to high overhead. The reason I am giving 3 stars is due to the fact the ladies that cleaned did a nice job cleaning. However, I have a european shower faucet in my master bathroom that the ladies broke which caused a leak in my ceiling. I asked Ursula for her insurance information and/or if she would like to pay for the damages out of pocket. She insists her handyman will come by to fix the damages that I am not comfortable with. I am still waiting on the insurance information before its too late to make a claim. Word of advice for any cleaning company is to get the insurance information prior to hiring and calling to confirm the policy. read more

Even though I'm not in a position to have regular cleanings because of the construction, they have come through for me so many times and managed to fit me in on short notice, before holidays of just come to make a dent in all the construction dust and mess - amazing considering I was not an existing customer. I read the reviews and High expectations . I was moving into my new house which was left very dirty so we decided to hire a cleaning crew and based on the reviews i chose them . I have a ranch with a full basement . I was told would take about 6 hours so with two girls three hours and would be around 180.00. Two girls came Saturday afternoon and I was told they needed more time and if they could come back Sunday. One girl came back Sunday for another 5 hours . I was very specific as far as what i wanted done . When It was done upon reviewing i could not believe was an absolute waste of 350.00. Highway robbery. The shower was partially done , the cabinets not wiped down and i found a ton of dirt, dust, crumbs and glass in clear view under the baseboard . I have a 2 yr old and glad i found It before he did . I spoke to the manager who was very apologetic but none the less i should have been offered some kind of credit or refund .
