She answered my questions and sent me an email link to formalize my booking. She also checked in over text afterwards (at least twice) which was helpful for me but for those who are still sitting on the decision I can see this feeling pushy. The booking form includes questions about the space to be cleaned, choosing from a list based on sq footage and type of space (studio, 3 bed, etc.). There are also add-ons like oven cleaning, window cleaning, and many more. The lady over the phone included oven and fridge cleaning costs in my estimate. I thought it was included as part of the cleaning but its actually an add-on so just double check when you do the actual booking. They sent multiple reminders leading up to the day of the cleaning which I appreciated. Michelle texted asking me if my cleaner could come about 20 mins early. I said yes and she was actually 40 mins earlier than the scheduled arrival window. She was here for 3 hours for a deep cleaning of my common area and bathrooms. She even cleaned the gap between my oven and counter! There were some things I was confused by, like she cleaned the front part of the inside of the microwave but not the back or the top of the inside so I'm unsure if that was supposed to be part of the cleaning or not. Michelle called later asking for feedback and i did state the with her. Even after the call i'm not sure if microwave cleaning was included or not. She just said she'll make sure we set clear expectations with the cleaners next time. Love that they ask for feedback and take it seriously. Overall they were very communicative and responsive. My cleaner, Sonia, was very efficient and did a great job. One note is that she did not speak English but Michelle was happy to relay any comments/feedback I had to Sonia via text.
