There is unfortunately little to no AC in the building. I don't know if this is a temporary thing, or if that's just how it is. The current property is not as well-equipped or updated as the other regional properties, Henderson, Centennial and Spring Valley. The likelihood is that if this facility is upgraded to those very high-level standards, the overall member experience would be drastically enhanced.

How this gym advertises it online, is a lil different than it is in person. I guess the biggest gym that LVAC, has.. the one with the run around track that FLLOYD promotes, is the best location. This location is mediocre. Also, when I did go, it was packed, with old people. Lots of men. I did like that they did have a WOMENS only area, which was packed too... that's the only part I felt was good! Other than the cardio area was calm, but the entire weight lifting area was sooooo cramped and soo packed! What threw me completely off was the SHOWER AREA, a nasty mildew smell throughout the bathroom area. Which led into the pool area that I didn't like because you see over weight men just casually lounging in the jacuzzi like a regular everyday thing. I really wanted to see the sauna and to my surprise it was co-ed, I need my space. My personal space if in a sauna. No thanks, I won't be signing up here. She the employee, explained the fees and I was like huh? $47 & $49 for something... I thought it was like $10-$15 a month for 1 location! I understand the yearly fees. I liked only the juice bar and the vitamin store they had but nothing else. I'm just a lil more experienced with gyms and I don't wanna settle for just any gym. I take my workouts serious. I need peace whenever I'm training. Thanks tho!

We had our toddler with us, so wanted to make sure we could start and end our day in a calm and relaxed manner. Second, the views. Highly recommend the fountain view rooms. Our room had a great view of the sphere, and the bellagio fountain. It was so lovely to watch the fountain light up in the evening. And if you're a morning person, or a sucker for sunrises, suggest waking up when the sun comes up - you won't be disappointed with the most beautiful view. Third, the staff was so friendly and polite. They made our stay seamless. 10/10 will stay here again

The hotel has a Starbucks and market in the lobby as well as, a bar. It is a non casino hotel without the smoke and the noise and now walkable to three casinos. This is great access to the casinos without walking on the heat during the summer (exception to the Aria which requires walking a short distance outside). The issue I have was with the water issue. We had no water for eight hours from 5am. I went down to the front desk who only offered me one night waived resort fee and two small bottles of water to be used to brush our teeth? This is not the first time and a majority of floors above us had the same issue. They could have done better rather than waived only one night of resort fee for the inconvenience that is an ongoing issue with this hotel. Not sure what is wrong with the hotel's pipes, but think this should be fixed. I have stayed at a majority of MGM hotels. There are no perfect MGM hotels, but how you treat customer when issue arises makes a difference. The customers should be offered additional assistance and accommodations for the inconvenience without being asked which would signal excellent service. This seems to be lacking at the MGM properties.

Here are some things to know: - You cannot order ahead at the pool itself. For example, I tried going down to the pool to book a cabana for the next day and wast told I had to do it online. There is also a $50 fee for booking online. -Due to COVID-19 there is a limited menu basically looking like something you'd fine on a Delta flight from NV to NY; sandwiches, salads, and chips. Booking a cabana no longer gets you the free fruit plate or sodas, but only water in this COVID time period. -You'll be tipping two people: your waitress and your hostess. Make sure to tip them both or budget for both. - This pool is a rented pool area. You have to have a wrist band to enter. - Due to COVID-19 there are no DJ's/parties. -As you can see from every other review, this pool is no longer topless. The cabana was really nice and basically the main reason I booked it was the ability to have a decent amount of shade to hide from the Vegas heat. My hostess and waitress were great. They definitely hustled the entire day while wearing a mask in that heat! I thought the cabana could have been cleaner. I wondered about the cleaning practices when I found random long curly woman's hair on the couch. The table was a little dirty as well. The biggest bonus to me was the fact that there are no children. It wasn't too loud and really was the perfect day to relax and unwind. I made sure to spend the entire day there, getting my monies worth for this. I would absolutely do this again on a day when the cabanas aren't $1,800. It's worth the experience at least once.

There was talk about future upgrades to the fields, backboards, and general facilities, but it sounds like those promises have been floating around for a while, so it's hard to know if real improvements are actually happening anytime soon. That said, the boys did enjoy playing on the turf field. The concession stand was open and convenient, but the overall experience is held back by how dated everything feels and the strict, somewhat unreasonable entry policies.
