I'm under 18, so my waiver has to be filled out by a parent. I was texting my mom so she could do it, which is the only way it can actually get done. He saw me on my phone, decided that meant I was filling out my own waiver and doing something wrong, and refused service over it. He never asked me a single question. He just made up his mind. That's the part I could get over. What I can't get over is how he treated the people around him. He talked to me like I wasn't a person, just an annoyance in his day. He also talked over the woman working next to him, answered for her, and bossed her around like she didn't count. If someone treats a paying customer and his own coworker like that in one short visit, I have a hard time believing I'm the only one it's happened to - in both a coworker and customer way. A climbing gym should feel welcoming. Refusing people over wrong assumptions and being condescending while you do it is going to quietly push people away. I'd really hope whoever runs this place pays attention to how customers are being treated at the front desk, because this felt like a pattern, not a bad day. It's not a revolving door there which gives security and comfort to the kids. My granddaughter was blessed with being in Ms Mel's class for Pre-K. All the teachers are wonderful but Ms Mel is exceptional in our eyes because of her genuine affection for Avery and her focused development. Avery bonded with Ms Mel immediately and as a result she has grown and thrived in her class. It is going to be hard for Avery to leave Ms Mel for kindergarten but she has done a great job preparing Avery for her next chapter in school.

The instructors were so patient with us and helpful through a hearty 1.5 hour class! We got to learn on all sorts of aerial equipment and I didn't break anything! I got to challenge myself while enjoying time with friend AND do it as a workout - win x 10! This is definitely a fun and unique way to be active in a way you can only be in Las Vegas!

Not the best place to play soccer…read more.... There is no AC ! And with games going on constantly and tons of people watching.. All inside a small facility .. It gets musty, smelly, hot and humid... I leave that place feeling sick and sometimes nauseous from the feet/armpit/ass/ and sweat smell. The people that run this place have no managerial experience ... They sell soccer shoes, clothing and accessories but constantly change everything around, one week stuff is there being sold next week its all gone, the week after they only have shoes???? Now they sell metro phones inside? Soccer matches are disorganized ... For example there have been times when the other teams have cancelled.. And we were never told.. Everyone shows up and we are told to wait 30 mins just in case that by some miracle a team shows up to play against us... :( also I guess some people here have connections to the owners and they can pick and choose who refs for their games... Wth is up with that?? Games have become invalid and we are forced to play again and are given bs excuses.... It is however more affordable then other facilities it's 5vs5 and it's soccer.. So I guess that's worth 2 stars

We came here last Sunday night to watch some friends play a match. I had never been to an indoor…read moresoccer sports arena before so I wasn't really sure what to expect. It got the job done. I can understand why people would prefer an indoor arena in Las Vegas because some days it is just plain and simple too hot to play outside! But with that being said this place has no air conditioning!! There was a big fan next to the bleachers we asked the nice girl who was working to turn on and that made it comfortable for us, but I can only imagine the players were dying out there!! I also didn't like that you couldn't bring your own drinks into the arena, like not even alcohol we just had water for the players. They sell water inside but I would rather just bring our own. The staff was very nice, and we will continue to go watch our friends play, we will just dress a lot lighter!
