THIS PLACE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. I am working with many authorities to get this handled. I had just pulled my 2 year old son out two days ago IMMEDIATELY after I was told he got into a "fight" with a child. The bruise from the picture I was sent by the school was very different than seeing him when I picked him up - he was covered in bruises on both arms from his shoulders down to his elbows. It happened between 8:30-9:30am and was reported to me at 1:00pm. 4 HOURS LATER. THEY BLAMED IT ON A CHILD. Do NOT trust these teachers. Do NOT trust the administrators. Do NOT trust this school. The school director also was aware of this specific teacher (she knows her name but I won't say for legal reasons) and swept it under the rug from what I heard from other parents. My son was neglected and abused. Another teacher told me what happened and how she had seen this teacher do this to OTHER children. My son has BRUISES. I am filing a report and going to get this place FULLY investigated. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE

Continued: We walked out of the room, my husband is a quiet guy especially when he's upset he put my son down in the hallway as we went to retrieve our other children to see how he walked. Our child was extremely hurt. I became extremely upset. Not upset that he had become hurt because as I said before things happen I was upset that once again the teacher failed to report my son was hurt failed to communicate with us that he was hurt once again. Allowed him to say at school ALL DAY again in pain without contacting us. Madeline failed to follow protocol, she didn't report to the office my son was hurt, she didn't fill out a incident report NOTHING. She used poor judgment assuming my child was "faking" . I walked back into her classroom a demanded a incident report she filled it out stating " running and fell down " nothing more nothing less. No details of his injury no details of the incident. She walked the paper to the office where Pamala could care less about my child shrugging her shoulders as she knew this had just occurred last month claiming the teacher never reported to the office he was hurt so she could not call home. After me having some choice words with Ms Maddy ( abuser) we left and took my son to the emergency room. Just so happens we ended up seeing the same doctor we seen the month prior. After examining. My son we found a large ligature mark on the back of his leg raw as if something or someone restrained him with an object. The doctor stated " the schools incident reports are so vague they are not being honest as to what is taking place with the baby you all need to remove all of the children and file a report with the authorities". My husband became enraged. The incident happened on a Friday we got out of the hospital at 6pm we could not call the police until Monday. I would have had her arrested the same day if I could have. On Monday we went to the school to collect our children's things. They hired a new front office lady name Amber this lady wouldn't know the truth if it slapped the Sh!t out of her. I came in peace until she started following be around on her phone with her to big pants and shirt she had on that looked as if it was fresh out of the trash can she's not presentable are professional enough to be in the front office. I recorded from the time I walked in as she tried to lie and say I was walking up and down the hallway screaming. We withdrew our children picked up their extra clothes and I phoned the police as I wanted Maddy arrested for her actions. Since the incident happened Friday I was told to go to the police station and press charges on her. We waited a while for Carrie she never showed. We left I filed charges on Maddy, Brandi and Pamala for child abuse child endangerment and child neglect. They all showed poor judgment negligence and neglect when my child was hurt in their care Mrs. Belinda was on vacation unfortunately. My husband stated that all the staff showed disrespect and disregard when we returned for the item he stated that Pamala and Maria are not who they appear to be. I agree about Pamala as I have a co- worker that is to work with her (Ms. NI NI ) who told me about her racist comments pertaining to "a parent of color " I would have NEVER allowed my children to attend this school had I known this and that Amber is RIDICULOUS They keep getting my pictures and videos erased I will continue to put them back up keep it up I'll be outside the center with blow up pictures protesters and the news

Love it at Creative Kids and she was amazing when giving the tour of the facility..

It felt unwelcoming and unprofessional from the start, but I tried to give it a chance. What I can't ignore is how they handled incidents with my child. I was asked to sign an incident report about my son hitting his lip a WEEK after it supposedly happened. Then this past Monday, another child BIT my son hard enough to leave a mark on his shoulder--and I wasn't told until Wednesday. No call the day it happened, no heads up--just delayed paperwork like it's no big deal. That is NOT okay. If something happens to my child, I expect to be told immediately. The fact that they didn't communicate that in real time is a huge red flag. Then they want to be strict about their policies when it benefits them. They called me to pick my son up at 9:30am saying he threw up, but gave me ZERO clear instructions about a 24-hour policy. The very next morning (Friday), I bring him in completely fine, he had absolutely no symptoms and had not thrown up at all since I picked him up the previous morning, and suddenly I'm being turned away at the door with attitude about "24 hours symptom free." Don't pick and choose when to follow policy. On top of that, my son has barely even been able to attend because he's been sick constantly since starting--including the flu and hand, foot, and mouth--and they still expect full payment AND a two-week notice after everything that's happened. Absolutely not. The lack of communication, delayed incident reporting, and rude front office staff made this an easy decision for me. Do better. Side note: the actual teachers in the classrooms have been great. This review is strictly about management and front desk staff, because that's where the issues are.

The school has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is consistently professional, reliable, and genuinely caring. Most importantly, our daughter truly loves going to school every day. She's learning so much while having fun, and seeing her excited to go each morning gives us a lot of confidence in the quality of care and education she's receiving. That alone makes this an easy 5-star experience. Tuition is slightly higher than some of the other options we considered, but we don't mind paying a premium for higher quality. They also offer an outstanding veterans benefit: 10% off tuition, plus complimentary early drop-off and late pickup between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. That flexibility is incredibly valuable for working parents and adds even more value. We're very happy with our decision and would highly recommend The Learning Experience on Fort Apache to any family looking for a caring, high-quality preschool.

We are happy with the school and staff. Coming from the over-crowded, over-stretched public school system, we are relieved to see our children accepted and not just doing well, but thriving. The upper campus kids especially love the block scheduling, as they are able to truly get some valuable class time in each subject. The homework is a perfect blend of rehashing the days learning and getting prepared for the exams. The teachers actually get to know the kids since class size is never a problem. My 4th grader loves his teacher, and with that comes respect and a desire to be the best student he can become. And being a Christian school, the true focus is on a rounded and grounded Cristian education. As with all schools, there are mistakes that have been made, and there are the occasional small problem. But the difference is that the staff and leadership truly will try to correct them. A parent is always welcome to speak with any of the staff, and the superintendent holds monthly meetings where anyone can come and voice concern or praise. What more could a parent want?

The teachers gave a bad education BESIDES Mrs. Lehman and Mrs. Palmer. But as it happened Palmer left Lehman became the principal BECAUSE the senior prank. Students absolutely trashed the campus ruined the flooring and best of all I couldn't even go to my science class, so I had to sit in the MPR for 40 minutes without explanation. Horrible education and best of all they got rid of the high school because everyone was leaving. DO NOT come here it is a waste of your money go to faith and spend the extra 7k trust me. I got a better education on an online school that TOOK LITERALLY 40 minutes to finish each day. This school is a joke; the kids are even worse. Behavior issues, flat out bullying and smoking in the restrooms. Not going to lie Mrs. Orrico also carried the school. Nicest Librarian ever but she deserves a pay raise. PLEASE do not send your kids here if you want them to have a good middle school experience.

She showed up during a season when life wasn't easy. Her love and patience got us through a difficult time--we're forever grateful. She didn't just teach my daughter; she covered her in peace and gave her joy when things were uncertain. That's a gift you can't put a price on. From the ladies at the front desk to Mr. Alex at security--everyone at Brilliant Mont treats you like family. And I don't say that lightly. The love is real, the community is strong, and the environment is anointed. You feel safe, seen, and supported from day one.
