As someone who has battled social anxiety their entire life, i can say that they've helped me to find a much deeper understanding of my interactions with friends, family and even strangers! all the things we should have learned in school about socializing can be found here.

AJ and Johny have been great mentors, they truly care about each of the men who come trough their program. I first learned about The Art of Charm back in 2011. I used to binge on the podcasts. I would pull out my pen and paper and try to absorb as much as I could. Fast forward to 2016, I decided to invest in self development after a nasty breakup. I turned to the Art of Charm and was pleased to be welcomed into a community of men with the same goal in mind; becoming the best versions of ourselves. My bootcamp experience was AMAZING. I was single then, I wanted to learn the skills to attract beautiful women into my life. I got much more than what I had bargained for. I learned how to be genuine human, how to express myself, be vulnerable and showcase my best qualities. Once the bootcamp was over, I felt like a totally new man. I felt like I had gained a super power. My family and friends noticed too. I carried myself in a different light. Fastforward once more, it was 2020 when the ___ hit the fan. I opened a email to an invitation to the X- Factor community. It was the perfect time for me to resharpen my skills. I was now in a loving relationship and desired to be the best version for my woman and my family. I set up a meeting with AJ and decided to sign up. I hand nothing to loose and everything to gain. I'm still in the program today, and I am happy to have a great group of supportive men to speak to though these crazy times. I am now engaged to my lady and my relationship with my family is stronger than ever. Thank you gentlemen for supporting me along the way! Love - Isaac Martínez

Also the MA training by far the most mediocre training you will ever see. Most of what you learn in independent and the instructor never responds when you need help or have question. Basically you're on your own with roughly 20 assignments and discussions. Almost my entire class had so many complaints about the instructor and how she was so mean and for no reason. The instructor puts an extreme amount of homework on the students and then says "no late work is accepted " as if people don't have lives outside of school..They purposely make people have to retake the modules so they can get paid more money. The people in the office especially financial aid rarely answers or returns calls. They take complete control of your financial aid and you won't know how much aid you were approved for and or if there's excess funds and if the max is being requested etc. Then they put so many transactions on a "breakdown" that's supposed to explain what the charges are etc but it's so much b.s on there you won't even understand and it's never clear. Please save yourself from a headache DON'T DO IT!!!

They made sure to meet and interact with all students, even if the students were in a course outside of their specific area. All the employees, all the way up to the owner Rick, were always accessible and available to answer any questions any student might have. * Bar Management Specifically o I took the course because my wife and I are opening a bar. Over my 12-week course Darryl and I were afforded many opportunities to discuss ideas for our specific business model as well as the Las Vegas & national bar industry in general. It has proved to be priceless for me as some of the things that came out of those conversations will be used in some fashion in our operation - whether it be in the planning and development phase, the actual operating phase or in the setting of longer-term goals and expectations for our business's future, including growth and expansion. o Darryl is incredibly knowledgeable and has an amazing ability to teach people of a wide variety of ages, backgrounds, experience levels, knowledge bases and learning styles. The added information he injects from his own personal experience adds an even deeper level of understanding to the many topics covered throughout the Bar courses. o Darryl sets a realistic atmosphere, keeping the training as close to real life as possible (i.e. from the lighting & décor, to training in an actual bar setting; containing all of the equipment an operating bar would have, to playing music, to teaching the bartending lessons at the bar to create a realistic buzz in the room for those practicing drink making at the same time). o Darryl is a straight shooter. He keeps it real, so when you have completed either of the Bar courses offered there will be no doubt about what a graduate should expect when moving forward into the industry's workforce. o Darryl creates and maintains a team-like atmosphere where students root each other on and celebrate each other's progress and successes. I can't thank Darryl and the amazing Bar students enough for making an impact on me and teaching me some amazing lessons in one way or another. I would strongly recommend either Bar course to anyone wanting to get into the bar industry in any capacity. I will be visiting again on my own time to hone my skills and absorb even more knowledge in the coming months. In this industry the learning never ends, and this school has proven to me that they are in it for the long haul and will be there to support the current students as well as the graduates long into the future. The bottom line - If you put in the time and practice you will succeed - it's that simple. Cheers! -Shawn S.
