When my wife (the consignee) and I went with the pickup card still in hand, staff told us the package had already been given to "someone else." Purolator's own tracing team later admitted in writing that a "valid ID was used, but not the name at the time of pickup." In other words, they knowingly released a package to an unauthorized individual. Staff on-site promised a manager would follow up within 24 hours -- no one ever contacted us. Extremely unprofessional, negligent, and a clear security failure. If you value your packages or your identity, avoid this branch at all costs.

There was a special delivery project I needed to help out with at work. We needed a company that was willing to think and work outside of the box (pardon the pun). Despite approaching several companies, these guys were the only one of two companies to respond. They gave me a rough idea of pricing. I found this to be helpful as we didn't quite have our addresses ready yet. When it was time to ship, everything went as planned and they delivered the gifts as requested, in a very timely fashion. When there was one hiccup and it was thought that a gift had been missed or not received, they were able to quickly get us the singing information (despite it being the Friday afternoon before Christmas). I found the owner to be very professional and customer service oriented. I know what we wanted while not hard, was complicated.
