The guys did a great job of cleaning out the gutters. They were very kind to this senior lady, told me exactly what they were going to do and showed me before & after pictures. The gutters were squeaky clean. The only concern I have is that the residue was not efficiently cleaned off of the outside of the gutters and also my walkway and patio area. Being an older person it was difficult for me to clean this up myself. Other than that, I would recommend the company and will probably hire them to do my windows when needed. read more

Shawn, you responded to my post about your business, and you stated that you respectfully declined my request to wear a mask but that is NOT true. You also stated, "To be clear she didn't stat any health complication when we were there about her mother or husband". First and foremost, when you arrived at my home, I opened my front door with a mask on. You asked if you could come in to look at the windows. I asked if you could wear a mask and I had individually wrapped masks that were in a box on a table on my front porch, but you immediately stated, " I AM NOT WEARING A MASK". Again, you cited CDC guidelines regarding masks and when I stated that this is my home, you said "OKAY FINE, BUT I AM NOT WEARING A MASK" and you walked away. How is that respectful? I had a contractor working on the staircase in my home and the staircase is directly behind the front door, so my contractor heard the entire conversation. My contractor's black truck was parked in front of my house. The fact is you were NOT respectful. You acted as though my request to wear a mask in my home was somehow insulting to you. Secondly, because you shut down the conversation by making it clear that you were not going to wear a mask, there were no opportunities to discuss the health situations within my home AND you Shawn never asked me why I was requesting that you wear a mask. But even if I had discussed the health situation here at my home, would that have changed your mind? Probably not! So, what difference does it make? Bottom-line, if you feel that strongly about wearing a mask, you can post that at Yelp to inform customers in advance. Finally and most importantly, given that I clearly stated the need to have my windows cleaned in order to put my home up for sale, you Shawn could have offered other alternatives to assist me as a customer. You could have said, I can wash the outside of your windows if that will help. However, you had such an indignant attitude about my request to wear a mask inside of my home, it did not leave any room for conversation or discussion on other options because you walked away, and my contractor can confirm this is what you did. read more
