Also, they responded quickly to my call. Although he was on a job, Shawn sent me a text and we exchanged information. We set a date and he confirmed the appointment before he came to our home. He was on time and even was considerate of my time by asking if he could come a little earlier because he had finished his previous job. I really liked his professionalism. His crew were extremely polite and they were very nice guys. They showed up to our home and evaluated what needed to be done and got to work. They were fast and very competent. We are going to be using them quarterly for windows and will definitely be recommending them not only to our friends and neighbors but to my husbands dealership where he is general sales manager. We have had many companies come to wash our windows but no one has been so courteous, efficient, and done the job that these three guys did. We have a fairly large house. 3170 sq feet, and they flew right through it. The windows looked perfect and these three gentlemen were so pleasant and kind and the price was more than fair! I Do Windows - this window cleaning company came from a friends referral. I contacted this company and they returned my call within 10 minutes and gave me a quote within minutes. They even had me on their schedule a few days later and showing up early ready to go even with booties to protect our floor. They did both in and out and also the screens and window sills. The guys did a great job of cleaning out the gutters. They were very kind to this senior lady, told me exactly what they were going to do and showed me before & after pictures. The gutters were squeaky clean. The only concern I have is that the residue was not efficiently cleaned off of the outside of the gutters and also my walkway and patio area. Being an older person it was difficult for me to clean this up myself. Other than that, I would recommend the company and will probably hire them to do my windows when needed. read more

I reached out to Shawn last minute needing our windows cleaned for selling our house he responded to me within minutes giving me pricing and offered his service within a couple days just in time for us to list. He mentioned he could also power wash the house which was helpful and we took him up on both services. I didn't have the chance to meet him but my bf said he was a really nice guy. He came the day of the service, early I might add and performed an exceptional job! The two young men who came to our home did an excellent job, worked clean and were very polite and friendly. These guys are great, excellent work at a fair price. They cleaned inside and out, removed and cleaned all screens, and climbed up to clean all 2nd story windows+screens rather than using a pole like some other companies do. He even offered to repair and reattach wood boards and fascia's around the house that was damaged/loose prior to installing the gutters. When we wanted to change things after initial installation, he was very accommodating, flexible, and even suggested different ideas to address our concerns. It is not a stretch to say he is by far the most honest, reasonable, communicative, patient, and professional tradesman I have ever worked with. We are now facing the cost of full gutter reinstallation along with fascia repair and replacement. To make matters worse, the original installers used screws directly through the gutters, making them unusable for reinstall. They also used large wood screws without pre-drilling, which caused splitting in the wood rather than properly securing the system. The gutters are not aligned for proper drainage which also is not helping the situation.. This has turned into an extremely costly and frustrating situation that could have been avoided with proper installation. We trusted the initial work--and even recommended them--but based on what we've since learned, we cannot stand by that recommendation. We did contact the company prior to engaging with a second contractor recently. They came out, told us we should pay for regular clean out of the gutters. We would have welcomed the opportunity for the company to step in and make this right. I would strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before moving forward.

I highly recommend Shawn from I do windows! He's been my go to guy for window cleaning and pressure washing. Recently he pressure washed the concrete in the back yard and side yard, as well as my garage, roof and cleaned windows. I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with his service. After the cleaning service, I asked the technician how often I should schedule additional cleanings. He said it depended on how quick the panel got dirty again. He explained he had some customers who had their panels cleaned every 3 months and others who did it once a year. He estimated I would be fine having mine cleaned every year, but recommended I put a reminder on my phone to check the panels in six months to see how dirty they had become. That answer made me believe I was dealing with an honest person. I will definitely be using DJ Solar Panel Cleaning again!!
