Elite was one of the companies that was willing to give me a full price quote via text ahead of time based upon my description of my garage door. (Many of the companies claim that they can't give you a quote until they get to your house! Only when you tell them that this disqualifies them do they provide a quote). I've used Elite for the past four years now. But I only call them every other year for maintenance. What love about them is they've NEVER tried to up sale me on anything. They come out the next day of my call, they pull regular maintenance and done. No "oh you need a better motor this one is old, or oh your rollers are going out soon let's replace them all now".
