The tech was not informed on the doors they installed and wasn't prepared. Now that the bill is due they text and call constantly. It took three service visits after the initial installation to get to this point. These guys are fantastic! Mike is the owner, and he responds to calls right away to get one of his people out to either repair or replace garage doors. He has a great team too. Frank came out today to replace a spring (aka coil) that had broken on our door. He came right out yesterday to look at it and knew exactly what to do. Turns out there had been a manufacturing defect and our spring became detached from the mechanism. I thought that I'd posted my review of these guys back in January when they replaced our door. They had a tech come out, checked and said they fixed the garage door. The garage worked OK for abit, before the same issue occurring again. I found my garage open when no one was home which was really scary. Made a call. Another tech was sent who said they knew what the problem was with the door and will fix it. That lasted a few days before experiencing same issue garage will not close or will close and open.
