Prices have always been fair and they have been speedy. This time however, the overfilled my oil during an oil change and I had made a big trip 215 miles to Illinois going high speeds when the oil level high warning came on. I had never had this happen before. They were unreachable when I called Friday. I left a voicemail. I never heard back so I called Monday. Talked to Mike who told me "it should be fine" and that it was too short a time to cause engine damage. I was shocked. They didn't try to offer any apologies or an oil change next time on the house or even for me to bring it in to look at. I felt so dismissed not to mention unsafe! It also cut into my weekend home with family because I spent most of the time trying to fix the issue including buying a supplies on Amazon and taking it to vavoline. They offered no solution and quite frankly did not care. Only after I said I was uncomfortable with how relaxed they were about this did they say I could bring it in to look at if I really wanted to, but that there's nothing that they can do or offer me other than to "triple check next time". Go to a place that cares and won't put you in danger. They also failed to mention there was a mice nest in the engine.

I signed up for an estimate for hail damage and showed up to the back building which is behind the car wash. Steve came out to greet me from the car wash office and talked me through the process. I hadn't filed a claim because I thought I could pay out of pocket. He pointed out way more damage than I originally thought I had and advised it was an act of god so my insurance wouldn't go up. He gave me a free car wash for my trouble of driving up there and I went home to call my insurance. I came back up to get the estimate and Steve told me that I should just leave my jeep there because my insurance is fast and I could take their loaner car. Off I went in in the loaner and the estimate came through the same day, insurance approved it by end of business two days later. Steve let me know it was ready to pick up after only two business days. We both realized that my insurance issued the check to them, but to my address. He said if I brought the deductible up to him, I could take my jeep and just run the check back up when it comes in the mail. They cleaned the inside of my jeep and had it run through the car wash again. You'd never know it had hail damage. It's impressive. And, he gave me a card for yet another free car wash when I bring the check back. You want to know where phenomenal customer service has gone? It's all located in this family owned gem of a business. I will send everyone I know here for not only car washes because they also dry it off at the end, but any dent repair that I hear of. They have guys that participate in the hail dent Olympics. I had two decent sized dents in my left quarter panel and the panel is aluminum which prevents them from applying too much heat to assist in the repair. The finished repair looked great. Fortunately, one of the corporate shops steered us to Renner's. When I contacted Meranda who runs the office she said they would be happy to take it on. The estimate was done the same day. There was only one change in the estimate during the repair - they advised a new rear door rather than repairing it since the existing one had been fixed before and would therefore not be as safe as a new one.
