I don't know why I keep coming back to this place for imaging. The wait is horrendous and they are…read moreconsistently overbooked. I have been coming here for years and it has always been the same. During one of my visits they were even rude when I wanted the ultrasound process explained to me. They offer two waiting rooms because one quickly overfills. When it come to the actual aesthetic of the place, it's freezing cold, literally and figuratively. They never have hot tea despite saying they offer it and the blanket/robe warmer does not work. I think two hour wait finally did me in and I'll look for some place else next time.

Now, I definitely do not agree with the rating of this place being a 1 star. When we first arrived, we were handed some paper work to fill out and shortly after we were called to registration. The lady there was very nice and made the process quick and easy! When it was my turn to go to the back, I was taken to a dressing room/waiting room where I had to put on the oh so stylish hospital gown, pants, and the new Air Force 1 sticky hospital socks that everyone loves. Then my mom and I waited until the nurse called me to the back so she could start my IV since my MRI was ordered with contrast. The nurse started my IV right away and she did it on the first try which is always great because being poked numerous times is the worst. Then it was to the MRI machine. I liked this MRI machine because it wasn't like the older ones where you're in a complete small tube. This one had a opening on the other side so you were still in a tube but it wasn't closed off completely. I had a great experience here and had zero issues with billing for the test. They took care of everything for me!

I had a wonderful experience with Mayde (Spanish Speaker) during my ultrasound in February. I was…read morefeeling really nervous, especially after having two previous losses, but Mayde was so kind and sweet. She made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the whole process. I just needed that extra check up for peace of mind, since my doctor only sees me once a month, and I can say she really helped me feel at ease. The space itself is beautiful and calming, and I'm already looking forward to pregnancy massages there. I'll actually be going back this Friday to see Mayde again for another ultrasound to check on baby's progress!

I received a 90-minute deep tissue massage and a full craniosacral therapy session, and both were beyond rejuvenating. The level of care and professionalism made it one of the most relaxing spa experiences I've ever had. On a follow-up visit, I tried the Oxygen RX facial with the LED light add-on, and my skin has never felt so refreshed and radiant. The atmosphere is calming, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and every detail is thoughtfully curated to make you feel relaxed and cared for. I will definitely be coming back for all my massage and facial needs. Highly recommend!

Another interesting adventure of my life is to experience something unique, not everyone gets to…read moreexperience it. Since I have to do this at least once, I was to write a review on Yelp that would last longer.  When I received an invitation from my doctor to visit Memorial Hermann Sleep Center in Sugar Land, I was flabbergasted. I had to ask around what CPAP Titration was.  There's not much help from memorial Hermann website. I found a couple of videos from far away clinics and a Memorial Hermann Sleep Center. That video must be very old because TV was still tube TV (OMG. Do you even know what a tube TV is).  I was told why I couldn't go to MHSW Sleep Lab near Chinatown. So I was out of luck. When I called to make my appointment, I was told "just like going to stay at a hotel." Of course, it's just their standard reply.   Here are few tips for those of you who would use this facility: - Bring your pillow and blanket, if you must sleep with them. - Fitbit is allowed. - Tell the sleep technician about what temperature you normally sleep in. For me, 60 degrees is too cold. But water will accumulate in the tube when room temperature is warm. - Be sure to wear a long pajama pants. This is to avoid the wires being tangled around your legs.  - Bring something to read. There ain't many channels on TV. WiFi is sufficient but can't stream movies. - Tell the technician what time you go to bed. It require 6 hour of study. He/she will adjust when to start the procedure. I consulted a Yelper friend who has gone through this experience. I compared our experiences as "lab rats". As I got all hooked up with wires and tube connected to the mask, I took a selfie. I was about to post it on Facebook, the light went off. Then, I guess I felt asleep and I dreamed about me spooking my coworkers with my mask. I'm still laughing this day.
