During one of my visits they were even rude when I wanted the ultrasound process explained to me. They offer two waiting rooms because one quickly overfills. When it come to the actual aesthetic of the place, it's freezing cold, literally and figuratively. They never have hot tea despite saying they offer it and the blanket/robe warmer does not work. I think two hour wait finally did me in and I'll look for some place else next time.

When we first arrived, we were handed some paper work to fill out and shortly after we were called to registration. The lady there was very nice and made the process quick and easy! When it was my turn to go to the back, I was taken to a dressing room/waiting room where I had to put on the oh so stylish hospital gown, pants, and the new Air Force 1 sticky hospital socks that everyone loves. Then my mom and I waited until the nurse called me to the back so she could start my IV since my MRI was ordered with contrast. The nurse started my IV right away and she did it on the first try which is always great because being poked numerous times is the worst. Then it was to the MRI machine. I liked this MRI machine because it wasn't like the older ones where you're in a complete small tube. This one had a opening on the other side so you were still in a tube but it wasn't closed off completely. I had a great experience here and had zero issues with billing for the test. They took care of everything for me!

Overall, the staff was efficient and friendly. Augustine was my nurse all 3 times and her bedside manner was extremely empathetic and kind. She was very patient with me on my first visit as I was a little anxious about anesthesia. Eventhough I didnt get relief from the injections, the service and the facility were a standout.

Getting there was no problem but getting out to the freeway was a giant hassle. Because of the freeway exit closure, I had to drive to Richmond to make a U turn back to Houston. I wish they would post something about the traffic advisory. When I was at the examine room, the technician was so-so friendly. I wonder if she liked working there. After the test was completed, she ignored me and went to her computer working on the report. I was laying there like, what now. My chest was full of lubricant. She didn't even hand me a towel to wipe. I managed to get up and find paper towels to wipe it down. Next time, I'll try a different location.

I know I am misspelling their names, Arely, Cordilla and Tiffany are terrific! They made a mammogram on a Sunday morning a very positive experience. It was the best most comprehensive mammogram I've ever had. I felt safe and the lead tech was a true professional. I received my results quickly and because they compared my results to previous years I am confident they are correct. Thank you so much, and I will see you again next year.

I just needed that extra check up for peace of mind, since my doctor only sees me once a month, and I can say she really helped me feel at ease. The space itself is beautiful and calming, and I'm already looking forward to pregnancy massages there. I don't like hospitals put in some regards this one is okay. It has a nice sitting in a safe place next to not just one, but also an extra major highway. On the other hand it can be annoying to walk in here because it's so hot outside, and if you're not feeling well you might just pass out trying to make it to the door. Once you're inside of course, the wait time is long and service is brisk, and there's a lot of people here who aren't very friendly, and some of the other problematic reviews are problems that I've noticed too.
