Twas around 11 pm by the time when we got there and the front desk gave us a quick form to fill out and within 10 mins my friend was able to be in the room. A nurse came right away and did the medical chart so as a doctor as well. After brief examination, they run a CT scan and they did the preparation on her. Received the best care here! I came from an ER that I had to wait 4 hrs at because they said they had more urgent patients (which was a lie because most of those patients were getting Covid test only). We came here and I was seen within 30 mins! My BP was way higher than it's been (because I was in pain!) and my temp was 103! I was seen by the techs/nurses/doctor and got prescribed meds that made me feel a lot better! I was out of there within 2hrs. The only reason I'm giving this place three stars is because Nurse Luis was competent, thorough, with good bedside manner. I told him to go to med school because he was definitely more competent than the doctor. "Dr." Picone's bedside manner for my two year old was less than stellar. He half heartedly checked my sons ears and throat...said he had some kind of virus and that was that. He didn't even have a stethoscope on him or once check his lungs, belly, etc...until I informed the nurse. The "doctor" then came back using his stethoscope and asked my son to take a big breathe...umm..sir, he's two. You're the professional, you figure it out. I think he missed the pediatrician rotation when he was in residency. I wasn't satisfied with this visit (except the nurse) and scheduled to see my sons pediatrician. I was informed my son had an ear infection and issues with sinuses. Soooo this "Dr." Picone can't even properly diagnose an ear infection; that is a problem read more

After driving my car around for testing, I only had to wait for about 5 minutes for someone to come out. If I could shut this place down, I def would. They make patients wait entirely too long for the most simplest things that's wrong with you. If you're dying then that's not the ER you want to go to. They grossly overcharged me $4000 for an emergency room visit because I had bronchitis and needed my lungs cleared with a nebulizer! $4000 $4000!!!!!!!???? when from what I hear usual emergency room visits of this type are only about 600 bucks give or take somewhere else!!!!! In reply: So if it is based on insurance wow no wonder why our rates are so high!! Overcharging insurance should be a crime. The whole thing is just wrong. The place is clean, less wait time when I went in. They charge for a covid test. (FYI for those who'd like that service) but I went in for a sore throat - after they prescribed me meds - I asked the nurse politely (cause I don't even have a voice to speak) if the meds were pregnancy safe, she said "google it" I was telling her I came here to get a healthcare person's professional opinion not google.. she just walked away. My wife and daughter went in to go make sure they weren't coming down with the flu. She asked how much it would be before getting seen and told them what she was there for, they told her her insurance covered it and that she wouldn't pay out of pocket. 3 months later they send us a bill for a total of $3819. Just to get checked to see if they had the flu. How is this even possible. I got seen at an a different facility and my total was $500. They could have gone to a hospital ER for a whole lot cheaper. I had the beat experience with frontline er last night (Thanksgiving 2016). Went in around 1100pm for a strained muscle that was pretty bad and after taking and doing all i could throught the day with no relief when symptoms worsed and i could hardly walk i decided to go the Frontline. Christine The front desk clerk was very nice and did what she could to see what my upcost with my insurance would be, the wait was not long at all. Once in the back Sabrina the nurse had bery good beside manner and Dr. Belay was great, he checked the injury sat and talked in dept about what could be going on and the treatment available which i took all 3 and woke up this morning feeling almost back to normal. Prior to going (i had pain above a 10 oit of ten and could not put pressure on my rt leg, today its almost back at 100% Thanks Frontline Staff!!!! You are highly recommend, they also follow up with a phone call the day afer to see how you are doing and if you need anything then they will do thier best to help. read more

My wife was having crazy pain all that day and got worse that night. She couldn't sleep or anything. We were hesitant on going cause we had no one to watch the kids. I ended up waking them up and bringing them along for the ride and let them try to sleep in the car. Wife went in to see what was wrong and got the necessary prescription to fix this issue. I was amazed on how fast it took them to run the test and do everything before leaving. All went well with the kids. I took my daughter to this location on 4/14/2019. I handed the receptionist my Cigna card and asked her do you take my insurance? She checked with two more people and said yes we do. Proceeded to fill out information and seen the doctor. Drumroll..... received a letter today stating they are not IN NETWORK and a bill for $8,793.00. First off I guess they were desperate or something but i will not be paying this bill at all. I usually pay $300 at the hospital for this type of service. Front desk Martha was extremely nice and explained all the paperwork to me very thoroughly not like most places that just throw a packet at you and expect you to sign it. They brought me to a room not even 5 minutes after turning in the paper work. Dr. Quintanilla was very nice and took his time with me and asked me a lot of questions which i liked, most doctors just come in and out. He made sure he answered all my questions and that i understood everything. He also knew i was paying out of pocket and helped me a lot to not charge me an arm and kidney. Everyone was really friendly, helpful and honest. The doctor gave me his true opinion on how best to deal with my ailment. He instructed me to see a specialist, not because he wasn't able to treat me. He explained that seeing a specialist would provide a more thorough treatment plan and save me money. They didn't refuse to take care of me but provided me with many alternatives that would better serve me in the long run. We went to this ER last night for my 2 year old son because he has bronchitis. He was having trouble breathing. I did not ask for the price because we went there before his croup cough and we paid less the 400$. I figure it wouldn't be that much more. They have a point system base on what your treatment are. Which I was never aware off. 2 point for doctor check up+ 2 point for breathing treatment (which we have at home, doctor know so) + 2 point oral steroid medication= almost 1200$ WTH!!!.. tell me if that is not over charging. What happen if I didn't have the money to paid. My advice is if they don't tell the charge go somewhere else. This morning I went to another ER clinic got the same check up + steroid shot for $130.00 because they felt bad for my situation of being over charge after looking at this clinic discharge paper. The clinic I went to is over in sugar land by memorial hospital. YES I know it partially my fault for not asking but I was freaking out about my child. When I arrived I explained to Shendera who was attending the registration desk what was going on with me and she laughed, which i didn't find anything funny. She then explained to me that people get confused between an "Urgent Care" & an "Emergency Room" after already being turned off I let her know that I would just go home since how I was feeling wasn't an emergency. She then tried to persuade me to stay because I was already there. If it had not been for the way I was feeling I would have went back home, but I decided to stay. Other than my first encounter. It is wonderful to have providers out there that are willing to put themselves on the line during this time. But Richmond location needs time revaluation. Went in with Covid symptoms told to wait "on website says no wait guarantee" waited 20-25 mins. When I went back first thing down was swab for covid no vitals, all though I'm saying I'm experiencing Shortness of breath. No temp taken at all during visit. Sooooo much more to add. Staff were friendly some no bedside manner will not put names out there for DO .. this is usually not my first choice but close.. but I'll take risk of further distance before my return. read more

My experience itself there was ok. Nothing overly great, nothing negative. But then I saw the bill!! Over $2000 just for walking in the door and almost another $2000 for "test"!!! What?!?! I have been to a similar clinic on 99 and I paid a copay of $100 and that was it and I had more done for the money!!! I was not even given a ballpark range of what it would cost, the lady at the front desk just said don't worry about it, we will just send it to your insurance and they will handle it! I should have known from that and the fact that they were pushing me to take a survey to tell how great amazing and wonderful they were and told me their names and how to spell them so I could mention it in the survey! Five star for both service and facility. I had an episode of UTI last night, and before I knew, I couldn't bear the pain any more and it was midnight. All the urgent cares were closed, and I did not want to go to a hospital ER because of the waiting time and let's be honest the monster bill that may come with it.. I found this ER facility and decided to go there. It was a standalone building. I arrived just past midnight, there was no waiting time. I was able to get checked right after a short registration process. The place is really clean and looks like they have all kinds of equipment there. The nurse and the doctors are both super nice and seem to know their stuff very well. I got treated as soon as the they had the test result, which was very fast. They gave me my first dose of antibiotics and a prescription. I felt instantly better. I was in and out of the facility within 30 minutes and was able to go back home and sleep! Very impressed with the quality of service. Cost is reasonable too. I wish I never have to go to the ER again, but if I had to, I would come back here ( touch wood!) read more

Wonderful place to go! I went in last night sick as can be with body chills. The entire staff was wondeful! From check in to check out it took about an hour. Sabrina the nurse was amazing and very understanding. They put me in a nice warm room with heated blankets to warm me up! Dr. Quintanilla was very knowledgeable and very caring. Martha and Carlisra were so nice and helpful they even helped entertain my 2 1/2 year old as well as went above and beyond by giving my family Gatorade as they waited for me! I would recommend Frontline ER for all services. The price was also lower than most stand alone ers. I do not have insurance so I have used the stand alone clinics and this one was by far the best! Clean and sanitary. Thank you staff for all of your help and caring through my time of need. I also got a follow up call to check how I was doing today! WOW!!!!! read more

Needed an emergency room when my 15 month old son cut his finger open on a piece of metal. I was freaking out from all the blood his little finger was gushing. I saw this ER and pulled in. I was seen immediately, the staff was amazing and super sweet to my child trying to keep him calm. They fixed his finger and sent us on our way.
