We reserved, by phone, high top tables and linens plus additional linens to use on our own banquet…read moretables for an event 3 months in advance and paid 3/4 of the bill then. Communication with this company was horrible. They called and left a message that our order was about to be canceled 5 days before the event due to non payment of the balance. What? Nothing on the email receipt made mention of that fact. I paid the balance then but there was confusion over delivery/ pick up which I had stated when I first placed the order that we would be doing our own pick up. If you deal with this company make sure you have everything in writing and make it crystal clear exactly what you need. The linens were very nice and were on hangers in plastic when we picked everything up but on the night of the event I realized the table cloths were oval and wouldn't work on our banquet tables as we needed rectangular ones. Too late to rectify as the company isn't open on Saturday afternoons so when we returned the items on Monday and explained that we were unable to use the table linens maria blamed me for the error and would not deduct the rental of those items. If you need linens for rectangular banquet tables, spell it out. I would never rent from them again.
