I forgot an old lesson: when something look too good to be true it probably is. They offered me a $29 A/C service maintenance call . I have 2 unites so $58 for both unites. We set a date I took off that day and in the morning they call to postpone it, saying they have some more urgent call, no respect for my time. I asked them what if I have an emergency on my A/C they said they will be able to come that day but they will charge $89 for diagnostic. We set an appointment few days later. The technician came and told me that one of the unit need a new blow motor. I have a full labor and part warranty from the MFR. but they charge me diagnostic charge off $89 + $ 150 what they call "processing fee" which is a simple money grab. sound to me to me like a form of classic bait and switch technique.( they came the flowing week and change the motor it took the technician only 15 minutes sharp to replace the motor, they got $150 from the MFG as Josh told me + 150 +89 =$389.) As far as the 2nd unit it was working perfectly well before they "serviced it" 2 hours after the technician left the system shut down and I noticed that the pan below the system which was bone dry was full of water water the technician said that I need a new drain line which they will charge $1000, Called other companies and replacing a drain line run $500-$800. Turned out that the drain line didn't needed a replacement but just a correct opening the clog. I did pay them the $ 150 "grab money" but they called me already twice to pay it. Just remember when something look too good to be true it probably is. Don't fall for their $29/$39 bait. read more

I bought a unit from this company in July of 2024 service was fine price was fair, at the time. May/June of 2026 the unit failed. Technician came out and said a loose wire in the sealed unit vibrated against the condenser and burnt a hole in it. Okay covered under warranty correct. Oh the part is but not labor or Freon. Okay how much well it will take about 3 hours to fix. Okay how much is that well we do flat rate for that repair and it is 3,000.00 plus 700.00 for Freon. I said for 3 hours of labor. And he is like we do not charge by the hour. I called another company in they fixed the hole and recharged the system in under an hour. Also ordered the new part under warranty and said will be less then a 1,000.00 when completed. I called the manager at air docs who never returned my call. All this to say I will never give them a dime worth of my business. Please be very aware when using this company. read more

DO not use AirDocs, they are a ripoff company! They installed my unit 2 years ago... I have been paying them $287 every month for a Non- cancellable service. Now It started making noises and they tell me I have a contract, but there is a $99 fee! For what? I've paind $287 A MONTH for 2 years? and I still have to pay for them to come out? read more

This is our third scheduled maintenance since we moved to Vero Beach I highly recommend them. Their Service Technicians are always on time, professional and knowledgeable. Today's tech was Zachary. He was superb. It was a pleasure having him in our home doing work. Again I recommend this company for many reasons- another being one of our neighbors had an A/C emergency. These guys cant get an air filter size right. Not when the tech is there. not when you call and tell them right size. Not when you take a picture of the right size. Not even when you text only the dimensions. Docs? Of what? Certainly not the US customary units. Hell if they cant get that right what have they done to my AC? read more

I've had someone come to my house to just check my ac numerous times and instead of fixing the ac there is never any resolution to the problem. Pay $200 a year for the annual maintenance and they are not fixing my ac I'm very displeased with the service I cannot say enough. I been almost all summer without ac waiting for a piece. came to fix it it worked for a week and than just for it to go bad again. They came today to fix the issue and left without fixing and took the portable ac. This is way too many times just to fix a simple issue. Idk the supervisor came said that he personally would fix the piece and sends the same person that keeps not fixing the ac. I'm furious with this company at this point. Wildly over-priced, and worse yet, not embarrassed to be asking close to two grand for a simple duct cleaning!

Air Docs is the best in HVAC. They treat you like family and will always be there when you call. Air Docs is highly recommended.

after a 46 day hospital stay my ac wasn't cooling efficientl. called air doc and scheduled a tuneup. there was an advertised special for $29.00. A tech came to house and inspected the unit . he had unit apart and never cleaned or sprayed any part of unit instead of spraying anti bacterial and checking the drip which was completely plugged. he came in and said my unit was junk and tried tirelessly to get us to approve a new unit. tech did a lot of talking but not listening. he said checking the air split was part of the service but never checked it. I asked about price for a new unit and he did a numbers check said it would cost $7500.00. the price was to include a grand aire 4 ton box unit, pad with tie downs and 10 yr parts 1 yr labor warrant. I didn't agree to purchase and the tech left without performing all the tasks.and said call him that night or that price would not be good past 1pm the next day. Horrible way to try to get business! ( old car salesman I suppose), he said to keep unit and take apart and clean awould only be $3000.00 !! he left a plastic air freshener which got sucked thru air return in the tray never even took it out! I also texted the owner to call me to ask why I wasn't offered the senior discount of 10% which would have been $750.00 and I wanted to shave some cost off the offer. He never replied. next day had a a quote for same unit pad tie downs and all new tubing to the distribution boxes on each side, and ultra violet light for $1200.00 less than I was quoted by air doc !. finally, my friend called a company that his Distribution Company dealt with and worked closely with many times . The company took unit apart tested it and came in and said every part is functioning and working fine even the coil, which air doc said was no good. he said he would take unit apart and sanitize entire unit and supply line, clean drip drain and and all parts for $600.00 most of the reviews are ok but mine is to the point and an example of being careful before you commit to any deal. I can understand a tech offering the possible costs but either you're a tech or a salesman. 7500.00 for an AC unit is high. Being new to Florida we were unaware of the maintenance needs of an air conditioner and ours was in poor condition since it received so service for 8 years. We could have spent less for a thorough cleaning but opted for a new system with a twice year maintenance and 10 yr warranty. We felt no sales pressure by Joe M as he gave us all the options. All of the technicians Matt, Jerbari, Will, John and Carlos were very courteous and professional. They left our home cleaner than they found it. Most of these reviews are positive.....mine would have been as well with my great experience with Austin my AirDocs tech for a couple of years......direct communication for a reliable call......but he left the company. In trying to schedule a new tech through the main office to do semi-annual check I have been stood up twice on scheduled two hour service windows.....once with 20 min notice......then no notice at all on a rescheduled time block.....very frustrating when you alter your schedule to accomodate their schedule. First time was blamed on implementing a new software scheduling system. When calling to inquire where the tech was the second no show the owner Josh personally invited me to find another vendor based on how little they charged me in the past for the check-up.....the inference being that I took advantage of them under billing. Really?!? Appears to be classic example of a vendor bestowing on a customer the privilege and honor of being their client. Finding reliable vendors you can depend on and trust is a constant, ever changing, never ending battle..... read more

Just had my new system installed yesterday. Ran, our salesman was very knowledgeable and understanding and explained everything in detail and the installers were out yesterday. Joey, Damon and Tyler were the installers and they did a beautiful professional looking job!! The box under the air handler was relined, new top on it and insulated inside and even Kilzed to prevent any mold from reoccurring (which came from my old system leaking badly due to bad installation from another company). They even put a trim piece on the top and back of the box and painted it to match!!! Cleaned up everything afterwards as well! Would recommend them anytime!! Nothing was rushed and slapped in like it is with other companies...they took their time and did it right!!! read more

Work was done great but pricing was way over the top. $663 for what took 2 hours to do. Price seem to go up on the labor side when they found out blower motor was under warranty. But as I called around they all seem to do that, or at least the ones I called. I don't understand why the labor cost goes up just because parts are warranted. Plus I was given one price verbally and then it went up after finding out I had a service contract with them. I will most likely jot use them again by because of management. read more

Called Air Docs for a routine maintenance and Joe and another associate (sorry forgot the name) discovered the unit was full of rust and mold. We decided to have a new system installed with a couple of upgrades. Joey, Tyler, Matt and Jabari arrived the next morning to do the installation. New unit, ducts cleaned and sanitized. Extremely respectful to us and our home. Clean up did leave our home cleaner than when they arrived. Questions were answered if we had any. Gage came the following morning to inspect the previous days work and test it. Any additional questions were answered. Air Docs are the biggest swindlers I have ever seen. The tech came over and I explained that I had a coupon and he told me I could not use it because he was diagnosing a problem not servicing the unit. That was okay but I should have known at that point that they were trying to take me... The tech found a few issues which I completely understand but he gave me the estimate.... I was floored as it was more money than I paid for the actual unit. Then they tried to tell me the unit was non-warranty but it is. To prove what rip off artists they are I provided two photos. The first one is their repair estimate which is approximately $3,600. The second repair estimate from another company for the exact same work is just under $1,400. If you compare the price of freon air docs charges $135 and the other company charges $85 per pound. The third photo is when he littered his little booties outside then proceeded to walk in with dirt on the bottom of his shoes and ruin my carpet. Don't use them unless you want to get cheated. Our AC went out and we called them. They came and did fix the issue but then didn't list how much Freon was used or how much per pound it cost. They thought the roofing company would be responsible for the repairs but they were wrong and we were WAY overcharged. They refused to correct the cost and refused to send updated documentation for their costs. Don't use them. We never will again. read more

Wow, wow. What a great team of people. We live I. Melbourne and knew we would need to replace our 11 year old builder grade ac system. We contacted two companies Brevard and both quoted us systems for $7500 for an 1800 sq ft home! We just thought that was ridiculous, so we contacted a friend and he recommended airdocs. Not only are these guys super honest but they are straight to the point! We ended up with an amazing quote and seriously couldn't be happier.
