I also asked him to give me some estimates of what should be done, the cost and anything that needed to be repaired, corrected, changed, etc. My experience with some previous inspection companies was that they would identify a problem and then just state that I should call a licensed professional for further information. That is why I was pleased that he was able to offer suggestions and propose solutions for the defects and possible improvements that could be done to the property.
