They showed up prior to the due date at 7:00 AM with the building parts and carted them down a steep embankment next to the Susquehanna river. Then the Forman for the job texted me & said he was busy getting materials for the job & apologized for not communicating that his guys were showing up. But a phone call takes two seconds. if you had a minute to text me you could have called me to let me know your crew was showing up. Once the job was completed they sent the invoice immediately & it said I had 30 days to pay. I called the office to yet again explain how frustrated I am with my experience & how this is gonna reflect my bill. to no avail, I got "oh a company wide email was sent out to explain this can't happen". After all that I got called & texted 4 times each asking when I was gonna pay. Yet again I thought I had 30 days to pay. All in all invoice was paid & I will not do business with you again beyond unprofessional.
