His excuse was that he thought it was at 4:00 which I found impossible to believe since this time was his request and it was repeated it 2-3 times during the call. I asked him to come immediately which he refused. He wanted me to wait another 40 minutes. He was informed that I drove 2 hours to meet him and that it would be getting dark at that time. He never even apologized and when I questioned why he conducts business like that he hung up and never showed up.
