The process went like this: 1) Very clear initial communication. Kevin made sure that everything would be ready to go when he arrived to do the job so that he is not wasting his or your time and money. 2) Was not sure what to get but Kevin provided a clear shopping list of materials needed that were easy to procure... I believe the only thing I did have to begin with was the projector which we bought before contacting him. 3) Day of install Kevin showed up and worked quickly and efficiently (with great vibe too!), to get everything done. Was impressed with how clean he was able to make everything look because we had to run some cables for audio etc... over a pretty significant amount of wall space. Was definitely happy to have hired Kevin for the job because the resulting setup worked and looked great. If I had attempted to do this myself I'm sure it would have been a mess. Would highly recommend for your work/home theater systems/projectors setup!

Placed an online order for an item. Never received a confirmation email. Strike 1…read more A week goes by and my credit card authorization hasn't turned into a charge and still no email so i call. Was told that the product just arrived at the warehouse and would be shipped out that day. Strike 2 -- dont show an item as in stock if you didn't already have it in stock. Two days later, still no email or tracking info, so I have to call again. Strike 3. This time was told by a different guy that my order was refunded because it was out of stock. But I check online and the product is showing as in stock still with a price 2x what I paid (now in line with the rest of the online sphere's pricing) -- idk how many strikes to count for these events but it would be several. Why am I being lied to? Why have I had to reach out every time instead of proactive communication from the retailer? Why was my purchase price not honored like any good retailer would? On top of that, the guy I spoke to the second time offered to have the guy from call #1 contact me as he was the one running point on all this of this and of course I never received a call. Bunch of lying cowards at the fulfillment department of this company. Everything you dont want in a customer experience. Would never spend a dime supporting a business like this.

The owner takes my guitar, spews out upcharges for work he says is needed (nope, did not need work), tags the guitar, hands me a ticket and only then tells me that the shop is backlogged and it will take 6-8 weeks for the set up. HUH? Other musician buddies shared the same experience. So, always ask how long will it take to get your instrument back..Better yet, go somewhere else!

Its been great and highly recommend the system, however recently we were replacing our exterior metal door that required disconnecting and connecting the existing strike plate release locks. I reached out to the original company to get a quote and was given a ridiculous outrageous quote (even though original quote 5 years ago was very reasonable) they wanted to come in the morning, remove the unit then sit there the 5 hours would take to install the new door.....then install the lock...... getting paid for the entire time - apparently it was cheaper that way than doing 2 call out fees. Yeh hard pass. After hunting around i found Yaroslav and not only did he know the ABB system but he used to work for the original company.....but he's now independent. Turned up at 7.30 morning of, had everything disconnected and taped up before 8am - was back at 4pm to reconnect/test/ make sure everything was working properly and cheap as.
