They submitted this text to the credit card company without a date as "proof" that they had attempted to resolve my complaint. I had to reopen my dispute with the credit card company with actual pictures of the work not done and the actual date of the text message in question. Don't go near this company.

Had Baron's "repair" my chimney in June of 2024. Had someone come out to assess my house for…read morepossibly selling and one of the things they pointed out was my chimney. The repaired brickwork was not straight and square which I noticed shortly after the repair but, was willing to live with but I was told that they did not rebuild it to the correct height and the fact that they did not replace the flue liner is an issue. They charged to come out to quote to lock you in and then did inferior masonry. It's too late for any recourse but, can still want others to steer clear!
