Have tried twice to get the agent to call me regarding a new quote for additional insurance with no response. Tried to get their help when someone rear ended our car just with facilitation and that type of thing, they wouldn't help with anything at all. Switching agents very soon and wouldn't recommend this one. He returned my call a week later within hours after this post so a review is probably the best way to reach him.
