Second, Ms. Kim is very nice and informative about the care of the lashes and she's really good at responding promptly. Third, easy to make an appt and the shop is clean. I was offered wine and enjoyed a warm towel around my neck during. The lavender foot bath and scrub (used to massage my legs and feet) smelled incredible. I absolutely could have fallen asleep it was so relaxing! I then had a simple manicure, and the experience was just as one would expect. The attention paid to my cuticles was impressive, and the paint job was fine. I really enjoyed the keratin gloves that were applied to soften my hands and help loosen the cuticles. Afterward I had my brows waxed. I specifically asked to "just clean them up," and the woman thinned them a little more than I wanted (but she didn't destroy them!). She was so gentle, and the process was nearly painless. Super quick too! Overall I would highly recommend this spa! The price for what you get is outstanding. The establishment is clean, and I waited less than five minutes to sit for my pedicure (including the time it took for me to pick my color) at 5:00 PM on a Thursday. Check it out!

So i had no direction whatsoever. Then, the tech starts doing my nails and starts doing dip powder after i had said 3 times i wanted powder acrylic, not dipped. I let that go due to me being in a time crunch. She asked how long i wanted the tips and i told her short and in response was hit with a "short? Really?" And an unpleasant look on her face. (Only negative--she could have brushed all the hair off of me after!!) ------------------ October 2015 2 months later; I was in town for a HS homecoming game and thought I'd get a touch up. Since the first cut in August from shoulder length to above the collar--was shorter than I've ever worn it and a brand new look/cut for me---it just needed a little tweaking. I wanted my 2 front cow licks to lay right after blow drying & the sides (by my ears) not be so heavy (I showed her) She seemed distracted because I shouldn't feel rushed--and that I don't have her undivided attention---but, I did. The tweak? To "me", my hair looks exactly the same--doesn't flow. I was in and out of salon in 20 min tops. Not sure, I will go back. Sad.
