I got the sewer scoped, home inspection, and they even do radon and termite testing, which I added on just to be sure. They arrived on time and took the amount of time estimated. The photos were detailed, and the notes made sense. I feel much better prepared going into my home purchase! Also, I feel much better about having a company scope the sewer line when they aren't also selling sewer systems. That said, the sewer line scope was the least detailed piece. They couldn't tell me if they hit an obstruction, or if they were at the end of the line when they got blocked - I feel like that's the basic question that they should be able to answer.... They did report grease buildup and how far they scoped without a blockage, so we believe it was likely the end of the line. I'm slightly less than enthusiastic about that part, but I'm really happy with the rest of the inspection. I got the report within hours of them leaving, even with them arriving towards the end of the day. read more

on July 2025 we had an inspection with this company. *. In Oklahoma City. * That the home is 30 years old and in typical condition for its age * yet they cited 60+ items, many of which were exaggerated or not issues at all *. i feel they misrepresented their values (e.g., calling themselves Christian but not acting with integrity). Or honesty at the least.. * The emotional or financial stress they place on us because of their unreasonable expectations of a 30-year-old home. If they were inspecting a new home, I could see why they would put this stuff, but it is a 30-year-old home. because of their lack of honesty and Christian truth, it has caused us great devastation . I am a pastor and I know that seeing things only one sided is very wrong for gods people. I am just wanting to let people know that this company does not take the individual that is selling their house seriously. Deeply hurt and financially devastated thank you!!! read more
