My husband calls today September 22nd as they did not have the courtesy to give us an update and wait for it...now they tell us the parts are in Canada after my husband was going to drive and pickup the parts in Chicago. I understand shipping but I booked in advance as I wanted my husband home and I took an extra day off from work and still no date of when the installation will take place and no apologies.
