We highly recommend Erika, for three reasons: (1) Erika is very knowledgeable. She has a serious background in physical therapy and sports medicine. You can go to her for a chichi massage if you want, but she offers much more. She can help you recover from injuries, reach your athletic goals, and otherwise improve yourself. After each session, she sends you a set of stretches to help address your condition (whatever it may be), which tides you over until the next massage. I went to her with a stiff neck and plantar fasciitis, and she has helped me make great strides with both. (2) Erika is very strong and has great technique. I'm 6'3" and 220 lbs., and have super tight neck and shoulder muscles from my desk job and from weightlifting. When I first met her, I thought: "There's no way."
