I had horrible hard water marks on my cars that I could not get out for the life of me. The two gentlemen came to my home on time. They cleaned the outside and removed all the hard water spots, and cleaned the inside. Everything was done to perfection that it made my cars look brand new. Start off by saying great communication from the beginning, responded fast and got me in the next day. Now for the work! Art did amazing! He's extremely realistic with expectations and is honest about his work. He took his time and even showed me the progress he made throughout the whole process. You can tell he enjoys what he does and his passion for perfection. I had a paint correction done and he took his time with every step with very little break time. I would trust him with my Tesla anytime. His pricing is realistic and if you care for your car it wouldn't matter. He has a new long term client and I look forward to having do my wife's car in the near future. I'm not going to waste my breath on giving a long winded review. I have had numerous times where I have tried to connect via text or phone call, no answers... I have had twice where I have been scheduled for appointments and twice I have been bailed on and no call, no show. Don't waste your time waiting for their "2 hour" time frame that the MAY or MAY NOT call or show up. Very disappointed with this company. Great service for a fair price with a short deadline! Very communicative of what I needed to get done and did the job professionally! I got a very basic interior cleaning with lots of dog hair and needed a good wash, clay, and wax of the exterior. Got the job done under 2 hours. They even scrubbed my rubber floor mats! Art was not the first person I contacted on Yelp for an estimate. My usual method is to look to see who has the most positive reviews and the most number of reviews. That person seemed too busy to be able to give me a quote and more or less turned me off. I found Elite's estimate to be reasonable and Art was very responsive. He not only does great work, showing up on time, but he's very detail oriented, demonstrated a great knowledge of his craft and was super personable. He's the kind of guy I'd like to see succeed with his business. I would definitely recommend using him and will use him again in the future. He made my 14-year-old Cadillac look like it rolled off the showroom floor. He did more work than I contracted for and didn't ask for additional payment, but I gave him a nice size tip to compensate him for his extra effort and time. With gas prices as they are I know he appreciated it. Having a mobile service has to be a real crushing experience right now with gas prices continuing to climb, so I was happy to help where I could. read more

Put a ceramic coating on my Genesis. The guys were cool and let me check the car before they moved on to the next step to make sure I was satisfied at that point.
