Made an appointment online, when I arrived, they acted like I was a walk-in customer. I wanted a gel French manicure, which I got, however, I asked for clear nail polish, not pink. She proceeded to use pink nail polish. This manicure started chipping the NEXT DAY!! I expect a gel manicure to last at the very least, a week! This was terrible. I would never go back. read more

I typically love this salon. But my experience today was less than acceptable. During my pedicure she tried to scrape off my gel polish with a cuticle pusher and I had to ask her to stop and use a drill.... Then she continued to push me forward until my knees were by my chest, so uncomfortable!! Then someone came to drill the first layer off my DIP manicure and it was burning every single one of my nails. I decided not to get my nails done after that and just get them taken off, well I left and was charged 13$ for removal, which is totally fine except it's not all removed. Tried this place again ... never will I go back ! The pedicurist cut my cuticle ... it was bleeding .. she wouldn't take the time to treat it !! It seemed they were in a rush and couldn't bother!! She then failed to separate the toes properly in order for the polish to dry... 2 nails got ruined .... She blamed me and was very rude !! The manicurist was exactly the same way ... rude , disrespectful and argumentative !!! She also rushed through the entire manicure ... Very horrible experience !!! read more

Went today based solely on the reviews here. These reviews are very misleading. Had a 12 pm appointment. I selected my fingernail polish and asked for something that matched it for my toes. The lady helped for a minute or two then walked away. What??? We were taken almost right away for pedicures. Then I was brought to the drying area. While I was waiting for toes to dry (unusual when you're having a manicure) but I waited and people were coming in and being taken. I waited maybe ten minutes before I was seated for gel fill in. One hand was started and she asked me to change seats. it seems someone else arrived; she took this person and I was left sitting there waiting for....... ??? I noticed another lady got out of the pedicure chair and left. She said she'll come back (I wouldn't). Yep, very poorly run. Will never go back. read more

I went to this salon because I started a new job in town, and it was recommended to me. I got a gel manicure, and the first thing that put me off was the fact that they reused the plastic gloves that covered my hands while my old gel was soaking off. How did I know they were reused? The last woman's old foil was still stuck in one of the fingers. When they took them off my hands, they just stuck them back in the drawer. It's extremely unhygienic to use moisture ridden gloves again and again. It's a bacteria breeding ground. They clearly had a box of new gloves sitting in the same drawer, so apparently they're trying to cut corners with expenses at the cost of spreading germs. Then they used these plain white fabric gloves with the fingertips cut off to cover my hands from the UV light. I appreciated the sentiment, but again, they were reused, and who knows how often (if ever) they wash them. So while the manicure was excellent (which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2) the unhygienic quirks will put me off from returning again, unfortunately. read more

By far one of the BEST nails salons I've been to. Everything is so CLEAN. Pedicure tubs are "lined" and all equipment is opened right in front of you from a sterilized bag. On top of this, you get so much for your money. I always get a color gel & pedi for $56 ($2 off if you pay cash) . This is by far a great price from other places I've been around and they give you a "spa like" service. I am not sure what they do, but their gel mani seem to last forever!!!! Nice consistent service from this salon along with fair prices. Manicure/pedicure is $32 and they are very thorough. They also include many extras that other salons charge more for. Heating pad, parrafin treatment, etc. They scrub, clean, exfoliate and massage. The color selection is wide and their work lasts. read more

BEST pedicure around!! It's like a mini spa treatment. They start with putting a warm pad behind your back as you soak in the "lined" tub. Tools all come from new "steri-packs" . Pedi includes an 'extra long' massage that include hot stones. After your service a nice 3 minute shoulder rub while you dry ends your appointment!! The only down side is ....if you go while they are busy, the service is rushed, you don't get as long a massage, and it's quite understanable. My advice is to go non-prime time for best treatment. My absolute favorite place to go. Very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. They have a variety of pedicures and always do a fantastic job with even the simplest choice. They use scrub for your legs, lotion, hot oil, hot rocks and hot towels. Best pedicure in Sussex county BY FAR. They are averaged priced for what they offer and always ALWAYS do an amazing job. UPDATE: they did redo my nails for free, which is why my rating went from 1-2 stars. I really hate making negative reviews, but this one really warrants it. I set my nail appointment for 6:15pm after offering them at 6, they insisted on 6:15. I got there early, at 6 and told them I was there for a manicure. I was sat like the other customers who walked in after me. Around 6:30, (15 mins after my appointment), they tell me to go sit, I sit at a manicure station. They then see that I'm not getting a pedicure and then have me sit at a manicure station for the next 10 mins. In this time span, 2 people who walked in after me, was instantly taken. 6:45, someone sits and begins to soak my nails. 7pm, the nail technician finally starts my manicure (which they close at 7 btw). As the nail technician is filing down my nails she starts to sing "here we go, filing them down to nothing", I stay quiet. After my Manicure was done, my nail technician literally runs to the waxing room to do my eyebrows, she sees I'm walking and decides to hurry me up because I'm WALKING. To top it off, I also never received the shoulder massage that everyone else received all because I was the last client. As I was leaving, they pretty much pushed me out of the door so they can all leave. A day later, I start to notice my nails blotchy, and can easily see where one coat ends and another begins. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. I've gone here countless times before for my pedicures and never really had an issue. First time I'm there for a manicure and it's everything that could turn someone away from a business and then some. Extremely disappointed. read more

Very clean and nice!!! I've known these ladies for a very long time and although there is some miscommunication due to some language barrier they really try hard to attend to everyone's needs. As a regular I've admittedly had some mishaps cause no one is perfect but if you explain to them nicely that the quality you received wasn't to your liking from your recent previous appointment they will redo your pedi or mani or whatever it is you got done. read more

I recently visited the salon based on the favorable Yelp reviews. Other reviewers obviously had a very different experience than I did. When I went to the salon I had ANC (powder dip nails) on, and knew they would have to be removed. Typically, at a reputable salon, they are soaked off. They did not soak them off . The tech ripped them off and clipped them off my nails, then used an electric file to file down my nail bed so closely they hurt and were sore the next day. I should have stopped the tech and left, that is my mistake. I just do not want someone else to go through this. I would not recommend them to Anyone! read more

My first time here. I called ahead and made an appointment. I still waited 15 mins, on lunch break for a simple gel manicure. I say simple bc I already filed my own nails. I don't get my cuticles cut. So it's just buff. I was given dirty eyes when i told the lady she had the wrong color. How do you get "#84" from "#63"? The sides of my nails are not painted. My cuticles have paint. I stayed way too long, at that point i just didnt care and needed to leave. It took 1 hour 25 mins for me to leave. And the topper, I always remove my rings when they lotion the hands and as she was about to, she said "no no, it's ok" and I now have to clean my rings as they are covered in lotion in the stones and grooves! My daughter was given a $33. gift certificate to Elite Nail right before we moved out of state. She was not able to use it before we relocated. Recently we got transfered back to the Sparta area. I called salon, explained situation, and asked if she could still use certificate. Certificate was issued almost 5 years ago but I feel that they should have redeemed it.
