I'm very picky when it comes to getting my nails done. I booked an appointment over the phone and got my nails done earlier this afternoon. The staff were friendly and patient with me while I chose my colors. I got a regular pedicure which was $30 and a curved line on my big toes. They said starting cost of the design was $5, but I don't think they should have charged me so much for the line on my big toes. When I asked the nail technician to redo one of them, she wasn't too happy about it but did it anyways. I get my nails done twice a year so I want them to look nice. I also got the dip powder manicure and that was $50. The total before tip was $85. I was planning to use this $5 off coupon when I checked into Yelp but they said they have nothing to do with Yelp and they will not honor it. That was a let down. They should talk to Yelp and take that down so it's not misleading. I gave her a nice tip because she was patient with me. Overall, she did a pretty good job. Would I visit them again? I'm not sure. They were a little pricey. I may check other nail salons in the area before going back. read more

Went with their silky milk spa special as I needed extra moisturizing and a good scrub. Excellent massage and relaxing atmosphere! Did I mention the excellent massage? Clean and bright atmosphere without the typical smell of nail polish or acetone you might find in small salons. Watched another customer walk in and ask for help with a toenail that she accidentally damaged last week. They were more than happy to help DOS it free of charge. That is outstanding customer service in my book. 7 pedicure stations and 4 nail, with and a large variety of polish colors and brands to chose from. Would definitely recommend coming here. I got a French gel manicure with ombre glitter on my ring fingers. Each step of the process, was definitely to my liking. H. was hesitant and asked on several occasions to view a picture I had on my cellphone of the design. She also asked one of the owners for help. No problem. H. did a great job. The white line on my tips were to my liking. Thin/subtle and not thick/gaudy. I like the decor of the salon and the relaxing music that was played. The televisions are an added touch of distraction. I got a full at of acrylic nails, and while I did like the end result, I have a couple issues. For the design I showed the nail artist, I was not made aware that it would be considered an acrylic French manicure which was priced at $100. That price compared to other nail salons in the area is absolutely insane, and I still felt that my nails looked 'fat' in the end. I wish the price was communicated to me when I showed the deign I wanted, because then I would not have chosen it. The inside of the salon is nice and clean, and the staff was friendly, but on this experience alone I won't be back. read more

This was my first time here. I live in Morristown and have the hardest time finding a consistently good salon. Upon entering the shopping center it doesn't look the nicest from the outdoors but it is near a DD which is convenient. Once inside the salon I was pleasantly surprised as to how clean it was and updated. The employees working were very kind. I got the SNS manicure which was pretty good. It didn't last as long as other times. I would try a pedicure or gel manicure at this salon and see how that lasts in the future. They are doing a good job following covid guidelines. Came here for my birthday and I have good things to say! This little salon is located on South Salem, right across from Pizza Hut in Dover/Randolph border. The salon is under new management within the past month. It seems like they're getting into the swing of things. They didn't seem too busy for a Saturday, but I actually liked that because other salons get too crowded during the weekends. Walking in, my first impressions were that it's very clean, neat, and staff were very friendly and polite. I had made an appointment and was seated right away. I got a gel manicure ($35) done and the ladies who worked on my nails were very attentive. They took their time to make sure my nails looked perfect and they did a wonderful job! The salon also offers regular manicures, pedicures, some waxing, and what looked to be chair massaging (the ones you see in the mall where you stick your head through). There weren't any prices posted anywhere, only verbal disclosure. Their prices seem reasonable compared to their competitors in the area. They take credit cards and there's no extra fees. There is a small parking lot for the plaza that it's in. Check in on Yelp for $10 off a gel manicure. The son of the owner was very nice in giving me extra coupons for next time. I purposely waited a few days because it's been countless times where I loved my nails, but the application was so horrible that within 24hrs my nails were already breaking. I stopped by The Polish Studio last week due to the reviews from my fellow Yelpers (thank you) and I was immediately relaxed by the environment and space they created. Upon walking in I was greeted politely and directed where I can select my colors. It was a tad hot busy but no worry, every thing was organized; however the wait was long. I got a gel pedicure & gel fill / new set. The pedicure was to die for. The hot stones was by far my favorite part. My nails were cut and cleaned to perfection. Prior to my pedicure, Jenny filed down my gel set & reshaped my nails so I was ready for the new gel application. Jenny, thank you! My hands are flawless. The gel is evenly applied. The shape is perfect and even on both hands. I appreciate you even more for taking your time knowing the business was closing; you didn't flinch or show any ounce of stress that you needed to rush. I've been to this place a few times and they have done a pretty good job with my nails if you're going for simple designs and looks. I can't really say I've tried anything super detailed in terms of designs so I can't really speak on their techniques with regards to that. The place is nice, clean. I'd say the majority of the staff are friendly and will talk to you while you do your nails. I will say there are one or two who will say absolutely nothing to you while they do your nails unless asked a question. I suppose it's a matter of preference if you're interested in having nail techs converse with you during your service. All in all, I recommend and they are accommodating when you have a last minute appointment you want to make. read more

Great experience from start to finish! From the moment my girlfriend called to schedule our appointment a few hours before we showed up, we had a good feeling. She told me how friendly the girl on the phone was to her and was thrilled that she fit us in so quickly and easily. When we arrived, we were pleased to see how nice the salon was and were so happy that the owner and his wife were so friendly and welcoming. The manicure and pedicure we received was superb. And at a very fair price as well. The salon itself is very modern, with tv's everywhere to watch (on mute) while you're getting your service. They have very relaxing spa music playing, which was nice. The pedicure chairs are awesome, they are very comfortable and have built in massagers in them. They also line the tub of the chairs with disposable plastic so you are assured that each pedicure is clean and hygienic. My girlfriend's nails looked BEAUTIFUL (she's veryyyy picky and she loved them too). Workers in the service industry are usually so curt, as if they are doing you a FAVOR by helping you. We are patrons of their business, they should be warm, welcoming and friendly. Which is exactly what the owners of this business are. All of the employees were very nice as well.
