I've come here a few times for a spa pedicure. Wendy has been very good! They take their time, do a great massage and have many different packages to choose from. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing attention to detail! I've been to many nail salons, but I've decided to stick with this one from now on.

Amazing attention to detail! I've been to many nail salons, but I've decided to stick with this one from now on. The service, the friendly staff, and the manicure that lasts longer than anywhere else truly set this place apart. I even arrived late to my appointment due to heavy traffic, and Danny, the manager, was kind enough to fit me into the schedule without any hassle. - truly appreciated! If you're looking for a nail salon where you can trust the quality and feel genuinely welcomed, I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed!

This seems to be a brand new place that just opened. It's a large space and has plush seating - massage chairs for pedis and armchairs around a central bar for manis. Tried them out for a regular Mani Pedi. The good part - The decor is nice - all white and gold accents with nice green plants around. They use many disposable products including the foot scrubber and sanitize their tools between uses. Hot stone during pedicure. The bad part - The tech I got was extremely inexperienced and managed to make what was meant to be a relaxing afternoon rather stressful. She cut too deeply into my cuticles leaving a stab wound and filed the surface of my nail with a nail file even though I asked her not to. Also didn't clean under my nails. The scraping of dead skin off the foot was extremely cursory and I had to ask her to go back and do it again. Could barely feel the massage. A woman came in while I was there complaining that the gel manicure she recently got had just lifted clean off. They give you a choice between Green Tea or Lavender scented salts for your pedicure which was a nice touch! Unfortunately I'm not planning to return despite the salts.

Broken nail the day after getting them done

Probably one of the worst salons I been to in a while which is a bummer for how much I paid... walked in yesterday for acrylics and they said they only did gel-x no acrylics and I've never had gel-x before. They came out super bulky and French is way to thick all the shape and sizes are uneven and broke a nail literally a day after. The pedicure was good but was wayyy over priced $180 for French gel pedicure and a botched gel-x??? Save your money you're better off going to an actual nail tech

Completed pedicure, 2 week old manicure that they refused to do

I was told they would be able to do a full set and a pedicure and when I sat down to do my nails the woman told me they didn't have time and made me leave. Atrocious service.

This place is very "fancy" and well kept. They just opened up a few months ago which was my favorite part. The prices are fancy as well if you know what I mean lol. They seem to want to attract a certain type of customer. When I first started coming they wanted to bring in more customers so they were doing free pedicures with any paid Manicure, Gel etc. I've been doing my Gel manicures with Jesy and they have lasted me 3 weeks with NO chips. Because of my job I constantly wash my hands and use sanitizer so 3 weeks with no chips is amazing to me. You pay for what you get. I've never had one but they offer massages, They have a chair near the back. They have a candy jar you can grab from while you wait, 2 tvs, a sitting area and many pedicure chairs. They do play music in the background. They are usually ready for me when I arrive for my appointment, which is my pet peeve. I only had to wait one time and luckily I wasn't in a rush anywhere after and the guy who greeted me and seems to be the manager took off my gel manicure while I waited so that Jesy can start as soon as I was seated.

Almond nails with a gold French. Okay

Love this nail salon!!! Very clean, they take their time and they go the extra mile. My favorite nail tech is Jessie.

Went to this salon for the first time before my birthday trip and it was a huge mistake…read more I showed Sunny two pictures of designs and sunny immediately went to another person and spoke a different language. Based on the pointing and the other person looking at the design on my cell phone, I could tell Sunny was over her head so I then told her, let's go with the easier design. I should have left at that point and that's why I'm writing this review...how does this place have a 4.0 on yelp?! There were several times I tried to tell her she's not doing a good job. She even made me bleed, look at my terribly red cuticles. My nails look nothing like the requested design. After I told her I don't like what she did she looked confused and tried to give me a hand massage. I told her I don't like this and to take the lotion of my hand I'd like to leave. After paying $70 ($40 for gel, $30 for chrome) she asked for a tip...like wrote the word tip on my receipt and circled it. Wild!

Just a simple nail shop, 2 pedicure chairs and 1 child sized pedicure chair. 3 nail stations, 3 women working. The AC wasn't on and it was pretty warm. Overall appearance. It seemed like it could use a scrubbing. If I was a germaphobe...I would have turned around and left. The polish selection seemed legit, I brought my own just in case. No frills!!!! ... no little toaster oven sterilizing the tools, no pedicure tub liners, no bowls to soak my fingers in hot soapy water so my cuticles get soft. They did seem to have a supercharged acetone to remove my gel polish and the little foil wrap... I always hate that part and it was was pretty speedy. Manicure: Cuticle oil, cuticles clipped, a warm washcloth, some lotion, along with a 30 second hand massage. All prior to my polish, good enough paint job. The drying station was pathetic. Black lights that are all burned out and a weak fan. I left and used my a/c in the car instead. It is 1.5 hours later and my nails are chip free! Overall looks good. Price $15. will I go back? There isn't a shortage of nail salons. What makes a salon stand out is their service, consistency,…read moreand reasonable pricing. I've been coming to Elite Nails for over 5 years for these exact reasons. It's located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking in a lot. The salon is small and a little outdated. It could use a paint job and new flooring, but at least it's not unsanitary. There's around 6 pedicure chairs and 6 manicure stations. If you want a luxurious ambiance, this isn't the place for you. Their prices are very fair and lower compared to other salons in the area. I always get a gel manicure ($35) and regular pedicure ($23). There's plenty of nail colors and brands to choose from. Just a heads up, they don't do acrylics or very intricate designs. I always call to make my appointment and the owner, Joanna, is very accommodating. She's squeezed me in last minute with no issues. I don't recommend coming as a walk-in because they are usually booked. The best nail techs are Joanna and John. I usually go to John. He's gentle, has good attention to detail, and works efficiently. He doesn't rush and ensures I'm happy with my nail length, shape, and color. As a client of over 5 years, I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with other techs. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust! I'm not as picky with my toes, so I'm happy with any tech doing my pedicure. The ladies are really sweet and make my feet look ~pretty~ The quality of their nail products are great. My polish lasts for a looooooong time and doesn't chip or lift. They even have a rewards system. Gain points for every $ spent and you get free services. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Before I drove over I called to make sure that they had any availability and they did on a Saturday afternoon. Grace had such meticulous attention to detail. Also, during my service I was offered coffee, tea or water. At the end of my service, she used a collagen hand glove and a hot towel.
