I feel bad leaving this review because everybody is human and makes mistakes.. but I would feel worse if this happened again to someone because I didn't review. The experience itself was fine. However the kind man (genuinely so nice) doing my pedicure accidentally ground off the skin around my cuticle and I bled a lot. He treated it and I could tell he felt bad about it. but it hurts so bad and my cuticle is black now. The polish job wasn't the best but I'm not picky. I wish I could have gotten a discount for the pain but I also understand they have a business to run. The vibes were great and calming but I didn't know how to use my chair (lean it back or anything) and I wasn't told how so I was kinda uncomfortable. Picture is from the next morning. Got my pedicure, not good. Just like many, they don't clean the toe cuticles how they should. Pretend to do the job and just paint and file nice meanwhile you still have discomfort on a toe. Got a full set, (short nails) Tim was the nail tech, he's actually really good. Worth the expensive price. Also got a full set of what is suppose to be mink individual eyelashes. Welp, not mink, I've gotten them done plenty times and these suckers don't move. I think she's still learning because they look fucked up. Not, i repeat, NOT worth $90. I cannot support this business because the staff leaves their children unattended in (and around) the play area OUTSIDE of the salon. There were at least 5 children left alone for hours running around while their parents (or grandparents?) were working in the salon. This is not safe and I hope nobody snatches one of their children. The staff should find babysitters for their children so they can stay safe. read more

This place is price gouging!!I went after COVID-19 last week on June 27 and paid $194 for me and my daughters pedicure and manicure. I called prior and was quoted $140. I was charged for ridiculousness, such as five dollars for pointy nails & five dollars for long nails! The price sign is down so you can't price your own services. I'm not for scenes and drama so instead I just won't return for services. Corona virus set back is not a problem for us customers so don't make it our issue to solve! B fair! read more

So for the price I paid for a gel polish manicure with extra artwork, I was annoyed that the product used chipped off on the second day. The technician who did mine, started with being stingy on the base coat, I told her that she is leaving bubbles, to which she replied it will be ok with the top coats and it was not. I gave it 2 stars only because they had polish variety. The end result of her work were very untidy, She also put the polish so close to my cuticles that I think it was inevitable the polish chipped off in two days. read more

Whatever product is being used as gel nail polish, is definitely NOT gel nail polish and I paid extra money for gel polish for my hands. My first and last time there! I used to love this place, and would be there every few weeks like clockwork. Today I wanted a pedicure... first impression was great, I was greeted and seated immediately. The lady that did my pedicure was extremely nice and she was really new. The foot bath was cold, and when she went to cut my nails she cut into my nail bed 3 times after I told her not to cut them down just a small trim. My baby toes are bleeding and my big toe on my left foot as well. I was in tears after 5 minutes of my service. Not an apology or offering to even stop. She went over my left foot with the callus remover until my foot was raw and slightly bleeding. At this moment I asked her to just put the lotion and let me go because I was ready to leave. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing and I left feeling more tense and stressed than when I walked in. They also wanted to charge me full price for this terrible service and I told them no because I didn't even finish the service, no nail polish, no massage no scrub. The owner was upset that he lost a customer because I have paid them 150$ every couple of weeks for the past 10 years. I will not be returning. read more

Horrible nail salon. Went there Saturday with my daughter...she got a fill in, I got a full set. Asked for a simple design for both of us...no one could do either of our designs. Mine consisted of 2 straight lines...claimed they needed special tool to draw 2 lines. My daughter wanted flower...claimed they couldn't do that either. The guy doing my daughters nails cut her with the drill, and the lady doing my mine did the acrylic so thick it was ridiculous. When I asked why she wasn't putting a base coat on my nails she claimed it was for natural nails only. What made it worse was that I showed both nail techs the pics of the designs we wanted before they ever started and they claimed they could do it and when it was time to do, they claimed neither they nor anyone else could do. This place used to be good but now all of the old nail techs are gone and the new ones don't care about the quality of their work. We will NEVER go back. read more

I've gotten my nails done several times here and every time has been a bad experience. Nails are chipped, uneven, bumpy, they've cut me with the drill every single time, the towels are dirty and when you point it out they give you an attitude and say that they're just "burnt" even though there's very clearly stuff smeared all over them and they never change them out between customers.. The salon is not clean and the staff is rude. One of my nails was lifting and even after I yanked my hand back and begged and pleaded with her to let it soak in acetone like you're supposed to she still ripped it off with the cuticle trimmers and a nail tip. I was taken not long after I walked in, but they need to do everything that's included in a pedi.....like ingrown toenails. The polish was put on somewhat thick, which smudged on my two big toes. Even after waiting over 30 mins. to dry. They use liners in their spa chairs, where your feet go....which is good. Their tools are in an unopened pack. But, aside from that....they did okay. This is the worst nail spa I have ever been to. I asked for a design on one of my gel nails and after 3 attempts of messing up she fried to just give me just a glitter design for an extra $5 and I said no because it was ugly without other colors. The technician finally admitted that she did not know how to do it. They told me it was 4 other people in front of me to get it done and after they finished talking about it one guy stopped and came over to the chair to design my nails. He said "if you want color I will give you color and if you don't like it I don't know what to tell you". Sorry but I lost it and told him no thanks in so many words and I will find services elsewhere. No one is going to treat me like this when I'm paying your salary. I guess he thought I was some young teenager but I am 55 years old and no one will talk to me like that when I'm spending my money.
