It was a long wait, but it was worth it. I asked for ombré nails, and he did exactly as I asked. The gentleman who did them took his time, and it was greatly appreciated! I love how the turned out!

I mean do I need a review? The picture said it all! You can see that my nails grew out for 2 weeks and the nails are still looking nice!

Horrible pedicure

I'm honestly so disappointed. I shouldn't have paid for the service I receive but I am not that type of individual. Aside from the horrible appearance of my nails the effort put into my service was subpar. I asked to get acrylic nails removed although they removed most of it on several nails it is still there. My nails were never smoothed. Although I asked several times. So moral of this story don't go here... you can check out my

This is the only place I go to. I have been coming here for years. Their service is absolutely fantastic!!

As another person said, I don't know why I went back to this place. If giving NEGATIVE stars was an option, it would be more fitting. Here's my horror story... The first time I went to this place, I went to get gel polish. I was handed the display of colors by Tim (the owner I believe). I asked if the colors were OPI. He says "no" and snatches the display out of my hand. Confused of course, I ask, "What is the problem?". He starts going on about how he doesn't have OPI and they are about to close. Still confused, I'm like ok, I only asked because I was going to request a certain color. So now you can't do my nails?? Of course we had words back and forth. Fast forward: I ended up getting my nails done by his wife. She did a good job. Ok, fine. I'm here visiting for the holidays, so I don't really have a main place... Today, I decide to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back again. I go in and request a pedi and gel polish. Things seem to be going fine during the pedi. As we are finishing my nails, I notice that she seemed to have done a rushed job. The corner of my thumb nail was not properly set and considering I always get gel I could tell that it was already about to peel. I ask her to fix the nail, she files it and puts oil on it, and says, "it will be fine". Now, mind you, I go ahead and pay so as a paying customer, I'm still trying to explain to her how it doesn't look good. It needs to be fixed. She basically shoos me away and says, "it will be fine." (I'd like to insert here that I saw a ROACH crawling up the wall next to the station as I was putting on my shoes.) Now, I go outside and I can see clearly that the nail is jacked up. I go back inside and go to Tim. I tried to show him the nail, but he would hardly look. He's going on about how his wife did a good job and it's going to stay 3 weeks and if it does't I can come back. I try to explain to him that I don't live here and I don't think it's going to last as the corner is ALREADY coming up. He responds "Well I don't know what to tell you." REALLY? At this point I have asked multiple times nicely to have my nail fixed. He is rude and dismissive. Refusing to fix my nail. I say to him that he can either fix my nail now or give me my money back. (They tried to tell me to come back 4 hours later to get ONE nail fixed, NO.) We had some words back and forth of course as he claimed he couldn't give me my money back. BUT to make a long story, not as long, he ended up giving me $20 cash as he proclaimed that he didn't want to see me in there a again, because I'm always causing trouble. Fine sir, you don't have to worry about that. I'm not sure how asking to have your nail fixed such an issue. I will be posting a picture of this nail that was supposed to last 3 weeks. Don't waste your time going in there unless you like wasting your time and getting piss poor service. Tim and his wife seem to be the only technicians and they can't handle a light to moderate flow of customers. Or are just plain rude. Idk. Save yourself.

Will never come here again, first of all the lady SOAKED my nails in an acetone bowl. Disgusting, it also dried my hands out horribly. Second, I payed $45 dollars for a HORRID application. Tell me how you use "the best products" but then my natural nails (which have never broken) CHIP & then proceed to break within ONE day of application. Just an absolute horrible experience. I'll never give you any of my hard earned money again.

The entire experience on both visits were so amazing. The massages, mani/pedi's, facials & the grand finale was the wax treatments! I didn't want to leave but trust & believe we will be returning! Thank you so much for our parting gifts Nicole it was such a pleasure to meet you all. You really helped us prepare for our mom's homegoing in a special way. The website just offers names, no actual description of the techniques/products used during the service. The woman who answered the phone was nice enough but couldn't answer my question smh. I waited several minutes for someone named Deja to come on the line and asked her to tell me a more detailed description of the facials they offered so that I could choose one. She said they cleanse your face and put 2 masks so what specific question did I have. Ummm I just asked you the specific question! I then asked her again for a simple description of each facial, it's only 3! She said the vital c is for hydrating, the acne is for acne, and the anti aging is for old people with saggy skin. WOW. I just hung up and booked somewhere else. Hopefully this business uses this opportunity to update their website as well as educate their employees (especially the person answering the phone!) on the types of services they provide. Example of a good facial description below: The ultimate Hydrafacial experience! The detox begins with Lymphatic Drainage, then, deeply cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates the skin while incorporating a Booster designed to target your specific skin concerns. This treatment concludes with LED lights therapy. Dermaplane complimentary.

Not good at all. I came In as a walk in for a full set, and a gel pedi. I was sat right away!…read moreAwesome! i went to the pedi chair and an older lady came and started drawing some warm water and handed me a menu to look over and chose which pedi I wanted. I picked the 2nd one I think it was like $57 or so. As she worked on me another lady came up and she was going to start on my nails. I showed her what I was wanting and she said we would have a do some cat eye, I said sounds good! So as both lady's are working I am looking around and noticing that they seem busy. ALOT of employees all talking to each other, and across the salon to each other, and I start noticing how loud it was, also I started noticing that a lot of them are walking around eating and trying each others drinks and food. It was all a bit over stimulating. The lady working on my hands in the mean time is hardly paying any attention to what she was doing with me, she stopped so many times to carry on a conversation with another coworker behind me. I would look down to my hands every so often and she was leaving them so long and making them so thick and chunky. I thought surly she will correct these. So the lady working on my feet is just about done. (She was great) and the lady working on my hands tells me to wash my hands and meet me at her desk. So I do. She gets to work with her drill and tools and she is thinning them out a little and trimming them down a smidge. Meanwhile having full blown conversations with her coworkers. Never once asked me about length or shape. Not once. She does a half ass paint. Job on them, writes me up a ticket (that I can't understand) and said pay at the counter. It's whatever, I just want to go home at this point. I get to the counter. Why was my bill $140???? For some shitty nails. They were nothin fancy. No airbrush, no 3D, no gems or nail art. Just a shitty cat eye French. They were way too long, they were super thick, and lumpy in some spots. Also!!!!!!! They advertise 10% off for 1st time guest. They knew I was from out of town, because they asked me where I was from. They did not give me any discount. Listen I know I should have said something. I was having an awful day, that's why i was treating myself in the first place. I just wanted to go. I went home and filed my nails down to a Much better length, and am just going to have to deal with them for a bit. This area has plenty of Other places to get your nails done. I highly suggest you go somewhere else. This place was WAY over priced. I think they screw there customers, vibe was not good, why was everyone eating and sharing food. And don't care much about what they are doing with a client right in-front of them.

I was really disappointed today. I've been coming there for over a year. The person I did not…read moreshow me the menu which what I wanted, but he just assumed I did not get the full treatment that I usually get it was cheaper, but I was not satisfied.
