Honestly great. I love the people there and how nice and caring they are. When you come back they remember things from previous conversations and ask how you and your family are doing. The nails stay on forever and the polish never chips for at least two weeks. read more

Requested several appointments and each time I call they say not available and hang up on me. I tried calling back to request someone else same thing hung up on me. The owner is extremely rude and disorganized. I've gone in with my appointment time and the nail tech doesn't even show up until 30 minutes later and I sit there with my cold water. When a nail tech has to answer the phone and it takes away from the service getting done. They scream over in Vietnamese. When you ask for a particular polish and they don't have it and you them to show you something similar they start talking about you and Vietnamese to just a very disruptive non-relaxing environment. read more

Horrible experience everytime. Always understaffed, in a rush, and overpriced. I remember but being satisfied after my first visit here but I couldn't remember why, but now I do. $60 for sns with 4 tips and no designs. $10 was for prior sns polish removal but how else was I supposed to remove that? Not to mention I was in there for two hours. I only came because I don't have time to go to the salon where I live by my next event but I know for sure I won't be back. They need better staffing and to lower those prices. read more

Awful. Once he finally started my nails he kept getting up and when I told him what I wanted he told me no. Got my eyebrows and nails done and my nails look awful and feel awful I asked multiple times for them to be cut down shorter and the acrylic to be thinner and got told no. Then got my eyebrows done and he cut me as well as getting wax in my hair. I will never go back read more

I came in today and was asked "what I wanted" without anyone even turning around from their current client. I asked for a full set. A lady got up and led me to a booth with no tech, I figured someone would be with me shortly. 35 minutes later after no one ever spoke to me, when they were taking people that came in after me first because they wanted feet or brows I finally got up and walked out. They were rude and couldn't care less. I'm new to this town and They've lost my business for good. read more

Terrible service! I asked for them to change something during my pedicure and she kept saying okay okay and never did it. They had old menus with old prices next to the pedicure chairs and when I asked about why she was trying to charge $20 for my daughter to just get color on her nails she pulled the menu from me and said that's old and gave me the new menu. read more

if i could give this place a 0 star it deserves it does! i will show in the pictures what it was supposed to be and what it turned out to be! this lady did not ask me if i wanted short or long she just cut ! i told her a color and she decided not to do it and did a pinkish / purple color and she painted the first nail and i said that its not the color and she yanked my hand . took forever there is one lady doing nails ! i paid $55 i will never come here again after leaving the place i seen a lady she was getting ready to go in and i told her i dont recommend this place and i am glad she left ! read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. EVER! If I could give zero stars I would. Just because I am a teenager doesn't mean that I don't know what a pedicure is. I felt like it was rushed. She literally cut away all the skin on the side of my toe and my cuticle. There is no reason that acetone should burn my skin. I will not be coming back here. read more

This place is not good. The man who did my nails made the shape uneven. Some were rounded, while the some others were squared! The guy who did my nails was looking up WATCHING TV while he was doing my nails which really pissed me off, he then rushed to paint them, which caused the paint to spread and now my nails are uneven and cakey! I 100% do not recommend coming here! Save you money and go to a place better. They are also ghetto.. I hate to say it, but they used a toilet paper roll as my arm rest. Very disappointed. read more

absolutely awful, they dropped and cracked my phone, she saw a picture on my phone & still managed to mess up & was extremely rude the whole time also managed to make my finger gush blood then continued to blame it on me then at the end charged me more then she said she was. read more
