What made this experience even more confusing was that there was only one vehicle parked in front of the business, and the window clearly displayed a sign that said "Walk-Ins Welcomed." I understand businesses can be busy and may have scheduling limitations, but the way I was approached felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. A courteous explanation would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative first impression before I even had the opportunity to step inside.

Some of my nails are already starting to separate and I got this done 3 days ago. Also went to pay and whoever took my payment made up a price off the top of their head. I was Charged $69 for an overlay & eyebrows. Work done & services performed definitely did not reflect $69.
