I understand businesses can be busy and may have scheduling limitations, but the way I was approached felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. A courteous explanation would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative first impression before I even had the opportunity to step inside.

She did not clean up around my cuticles and was left with hang nails and acrylic around my nails. The acrylic was stuck to my skin underneath my nail and was not sanded down. The acrylic is lumpy and not smooth. I asked for French nails and the painting process was also rushed so my French is different shapes. Some of my nails are already starting to separate and I got this done 3 days ago. Also went to pay and whoever took my payment made up a price off the top of their head. I was Charged $69 for an overlay & eyebrows. Work done & services performed definitely did not reflect $69.
