I was promptly greeted when entering. The salon is pretty clean and the pedicure chairs are high end. However, I was not happy with how my nails turned out. The nail tech I had did not appear to be very experienced. She put two coats of polish on my nails and they were clearly still streaky and not evenly coated. I had to ask her to put a third coat on, which she did but I was surprised she was going to let me go without it. I do not think the brand of polish they are using is high end because it is pretty opaque and lacks shine. The tech did not spend too much time scrubbing my feet during the pedicure and they still feel rough. My pedi was complete and then my mani began. Prior to polishing my nails during the mani, the tech gave me a receipt and said it was $65. I said ok but I would like my nails painted as well. She said yes but payment first. I did think this was strange and was the first time I'd experienced this. They also didn't tell me cash only until they gave me the total amount due. While $65 for a mani/pedi is a fair price, I would prefer to spend more for a better result. I will not be returning. read more

Pedicure was terrible. Only one coat was applied. Lotion was very watered down. Unfriendly. I shared my dissatisfaction and employee walked away. They only accept cash and have a fee ATM. read more

Soooo pricey. Paid $100 for regular polish for my daughter and I and left with my nails looking awful. They don't take credit cards so I had to pay a fee to take out cash. Won't be returning. Save your $! read more

There is nothing elite about this nail salon. I stopped into this place, as I didn't have time to drive out to my normal nail salon, assuming the quality would be just fine. After only two days, my gel manicure (is chipping and peeling up on 8 out of 10 nails. Maybe this had something to do with the fact that the entire manicure took less than 25 minutes? And to further add insult to injury, they only take cash or checks.... so imagine my annoyance when I was told I could walk outside (in the pouring rain) to go get cash from the nearby ATM. Needless to say, I will not be going back. This was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. read more

First time coming. We had a group of 4 of us. We all got pedicures that they did a wonderful job of. Another plus is that we all got them at the same time. Everyone was very very nice. They were smiling and chit chatting with us. It was my sisters 11th birthday and they even painted her nails for free. We will definitely be back!!! read more

First of all, they are cash only. This should be posted all over their salon (no one carries cash anymore!) but they didn't tell us until we went to pay. The nail polishes were old, the people were not friendly, the pedicure was sub-par. Find a different nail spot. read more

Happened to stop here mid trip to get a pedi/mani. Pros: -staff is super friendly, nice, and patient -manicure ended up really really nice -they put a lot of effort into the massage/lotion part of mani/pedis Cons: -equipment old and outdated -only take cash or check but doesn't have it posted anywhere.. you find out at checkout. When I made the appointment I made it for two fills, yet they ripped all my daughters nails off and gave her a new set, without talking to me about it. Avoid this place and go elsewhere. Horrible service, rude owner, they have people giving manicures who aren't properly trained. Some guy did my pedicure and cut my nails down so far it hurt. I told him to stop he was hurting me then he goes and files them! The big toe was uneven and the Whole pedicure is complete crap. Need to have it redone. Plus the rumor is they're now going to be managing the other place in Hartford next to Aldi's so I suggest avoiding that place too. I went with a friend today to get pedicures. We both did the deluxe pedicure. I had a male technician, who was absolutely the WORST I have ever had. As I watched my friends technician pamper her with the massage, my technician didn't even give me 1/2 the amount of time allotted for the massage. When it came time to pay, I handed him a credit card and I received the response WE DON'T TAKE CREDIT CARDS, Cash or Check only. There were no signs that either one of us saw as we entered the business. Needless to say I will never go back, mainly because I didn't get what I paid for. Total rip off. read more

This was by far one of the worst places I've ever gone to get my nails done. They charge extra to get the nail polish it is supposed to come with acrylics. They weren't even that good, cheap quality, and very ugly colors. My nails aren't even a couple days old and they already look grown out. The customer service was very very rude. And to make matters worse they cut some of my fingers while trying to trim my acrylics. Do not waste your money here go somewhere better. read more

I got some acrtlics done here with a friend and the shape was far too off from a normal square nail. The cuticle was showing quite alot so they didnt last long before I needed a fill. The people didnt speak much english, and the ones who did didnt talk much or seem overly friendly yet not rude. Also I asked for cow spots and showed a very simple picture many pwople could do st home I just didnt have a fine brush as they did but she gave me dalmation spots... The UV light my friend was set up with to cure her topcoat was a good bulb as it was purple in color and her topcoat lasted a while, but the one I was under was more pinkish and my topcoat wasnt fully cured until twice as many cycles as hers. read more

My mother and I got deluxe pedicures, similar that I've gotten at other places. Higher priced than others, but overall good quality. The woman that did my mom's went above and beyond, while the man that did mine was just ok. Con: check or cash only, not advertised on the door or front window. read more

The staff was not very friendly or chatty. They used a callus shaver which I thought was illegal... Perhaps not in Wisconsin. I didn't find out until the end that they only accepted cash or check. Luckily I had my check book that day. It also took over two weeks for my check to clear my account. Overall the pedicure I got was OK. After about a week the nail polish lost its shine. read more

I had a regular mani/pedi. It was okay but I probably won't be back. Massage for the pedicure lasted only about 30 seconds, and there was no massage for the manicure. The nail color on the swatches didn't match what it really looked like and I wasn't asked whether I liked the color before he kept going. No cuticle cream, warm water or warm towels were used. And they don't take debit or credit cards, only cash or check. I came here while visiting family to get my nails done and I was pretty disappointed. The guy that I had rushed me to pick out a color, and wasn't very helpful. I got a gel manicure and there was a lot of gel left on my skin around my nails. I asked him if he could fix it and he scraped my skin really hard and it hurt bad. I would not recommend this place to get your nails done for a mediocre job that's overpriced and dirty. read more

The guy who did my nails was so rude and he wasn't listening to me. It was my 1st time getting my acrylics done and I didn't know anything about them. They were short and they didn't even look like acrylics. Literally long as my actual nail. He used the wrong color and the heater burned my hand and he yelled at me when I took it off. I was really surprised that it was 55$ and I didn't leave a tip I was mad. I went to a dance the same day and 1 fell off. I was disappointed and by wensday one full hand had fallen off. I called that night and told them I'm coming Saturday and she would fix them. I came Saturday (2 weeks that day) and they had all fallen off. She was very pissed about doing them and the same guy did them. I told her I didn't want him to do them and she said it's the only one open. She should listen to her customer. He did them and they looked like crap. They were uneven and he finished in like 10 minutes. They all fell off a week later. I will never go there again really disappointed read more
