Let's level set expectations first. This is a walk in nail shop in a strip mall. So the deal is fast, inexpensive service. That said, I would say consistently the quality of work is on par with some spas that I pay 3x s as much more. Most important I don't leave with cuticle cuts. I hate those. And I hate it when the nail tech tries to pretend it did not happen. Nail gaslighting . I have not experienced such a thing at Gigi Nail's. I wear simple nail polish and they don't charge $5 to remove it. Most important to me is that the place does not regularly smell like an acetone factory. I get a basis Mani- Pedi - so I cannot attest to the more complex services. I do get my eyebrow arch done at Gigi's. Again, no complaints. read more

Gigi's is a well run salon. Kim takes Covid precautions seriously, wearing masks and face shields when sitting across from clients. Masks are required and hand sanitizing upon entry is available. My basic manicure took less than 15 minutes. Approximately a 30 second hand massage with lotion. I made an appointment with my 11-year old daughter as a treat and even she didn't feel pampered. We were asked several times why we weren't upgrading to gel. I had planned on $18 for each of us and couldn't justify $35 each. A customer shouldn't feel bad about that. read more

This place is amazing! Look no further! The dip manicure always turns out perfect and lasts longer for some reason here. They are so fast and nice! I also got a pedicure and they got my ingrown toe nail cut out (I know gross) but I didn't even have to ask. My feet are so soft and smooth after this! This business if fabulous! I was on vacation for a wedding in late August and my boyfriends mom took me out for a mani pedi here. the prices were very reasonable and they were very kind! Also it started to rain cats and dogs and one of the workers walked everyone to their car with an umbrella, I just thought they went out of their way in customer service! Enjoyed my first visit to Gigi after years...turns out they are new owners as of July 2013. They took lots of time & attention on the pedicure, and when I realized I was getting close to an appointment elsewhere, I asked if they could make my manicure speedy... she did it quickly (but beautifully) and gave me fast drying top coat to boot. They were friendly & accommodating...everything looked clean (could use a bit of organization behind the counter, I suppose) and they even opened a fresh pack of tools for each person. Pricing was super reasonable - $40 for mani/pedi or $15 for just mani. If I could change anything? Suggest a new supply of polishes, as there wasn't a super diverse selection & many of the bottles were low...and would especially love to see more of my favorite brand, Essie (they only had a few colors). read more

Very disappointed in my experience. I've been to many different nail salons around the nation but had a uniquely bad experience here. First of all, I came in with my mother and grandmother and they didn't seat us together. That struck me as weird because the place was empty and we had come together. I heard another patron ask to get her manicure done in the pedicure room so she could sit with the people she came with and they straight up told her no. Not sure what's so hard about seating folks together. Secondly, I showed a picture of my desired nail style to my tech and he said he could do it with polish but not loose glitter. I decided I didn't like the polish option so I had to decide a different style for my nails. But he kept rushing me, asking if I'd picked a color yet over and over. He was still removing my previous shellac so it wasn't as if I was holding him up, though I very much felt like I was. Finally, the finished product is pretty sloppy. I have polish on my cuticles, and it's not an even coat on my nails. The icing on the cake was, I was treating my mom and grandma and then found out they don't accept cash tips so I had to get cash from my grandma to pay the tip since I didn't have cash. WHAT THE HECK. At least say that somewhere! I would've happily brought cash had I known that! Overall very disappointed with the customer service, quality of manicure and entire experience. read more

She even applied the nail polish to let me see what the colors would look like on my nails and skin color. She didn't rush me on my selection and my nails turned out perfect. I didn't find anything worth giving this nail salon any more than one star. I would have rated it with negative stars if I could. I received a spa pedicure on a Monday afternoon. I called ahead to make an appointment that morning. Here's what I didn't like: 1. Store was disheveled and had unclean appearance 2. Making an appointment made little difference, but I get that I made the appt. on the day of (makes a world of difference to not overbook) 3. Spa water was cold so I really didn't enjoy sticking my feet into it 4. Nail technician was careless and a little too quick with pushing and cutting back my cuticles 5. I came in last week for a shellac manicure and left 100% satisfied. Earlier today, the polish on my pointer finger peeled off a bit. Because the rest of my manicure still looked as good as it did when I got it done, I called to see how much getting one finger fixed would be. Most businesses would take me up on my offer to pay for a touch up-especially because it's been longer than a couple of days since I got my nails done originally-but I was pleasantly surprised when I was told to come in and they would fix it for free. Highly recommended! I was in town for work and decided to get a pedicure. They were busy but I only had to wait 10 minutes as a walk in. They are averagely priced. I did a deluxe pedicure which included a great little foot massage. My 10 year old and 9 year old were traveling with me and came along. Often children are treated poorly at salons but not here, they were very nice. I decided to go ahead and get the little girls nail trim and color which turned out very cute. Again she took her time to do it right. I would highly recommend Gigi's nails, and only wished I lived closer so I could become a regular. read more

First we requested a nail tech for my girlfriend and the guy did not stop when my girlfriend told him she wanted a different tech he kept on going till we repeated the same instruction about 10 times.
