I just had the worst experience at elite nails in middlesboro. Took my granddaughter there to get her nails and toenails done yesterday foe vacation. She said her first professional pedicure. We got home yesterday evening mYbe a hour after and the polish started falling off her fingers. By this morning she has not nail polish and 3 of the toes has fallen off too now. I stopped today and asked to get my money back and got told they would give me $20. What did I pay $200 for. This place is nothing but a rip off. Wasn't really happy with my nails but this just took the cake. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. A business that doesn't stand behind thier work is nothing but theives. Possibly the worst set of nails I've ever had. Mt technician was so sloppy, I left with gel polish all over my fingers and hands. My nails are crooked and lumpy. The service was so rushed and I am very unhappy with how I left, especially after seeing the price on the receipt! read more

I called them made an apt. for gel nails. When I arrived the man acted like he had no idea what I was talking about then the woman spoke up & said u asked for a color change! Open 7 days a week now. Best nail salon in town! Love Pamela and her husband. Great team. They don't take appointments. She's really good with nail designs too. I went here with 3 of my friends 2 of us got acrylic white tips and the shape and length are all different, one got acrylic and paint and she sent her out before paint was dry. 3 hours after getting home was still not dry. She was very rude, unprofessional, and rough on our fingers. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I decided to give this place a shot after lots of people recommended it to me. I don't know if I caught the woman on a bad day or what but I'm never coming back again. Maybe I'm accustomed to the salons / customer service at home but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. She said 2 words to me the entire time I got my manicure/pedicure and if it wasn't for my friend that was with me, I would've been bored to death. She seemed annoyed and bored the entire time. But, when some other customers came in--there was a complete transformation in her behavior. The only time she acknowledged that she was working on a PERSON was when she told me that I was like the 3 year old baby running around the salon (I needed help getting my shoes on because the pedi tub was full of water still and my nails were wet). I would've brushed it off as a joke except for the fact that we had no conversation prior to that exchange. I'll admit the mani/pedi was good and stayed put for a week but never giving this place my business again. read more

Not a good place if you have a busy schedule. They take walk ins only and only have 2 people working. Only one of them does pedicures and gel polish. So be prepared to wait. If u have all evening to spend, go for it. Personally, I need an appointment. Busy, working mom here!! read more
