I fully understand that emergencies happen and am always willing to give grace where it's deserved, but there is no reason a quick call, email or text could not have been sent. After sending the response (finally) they did issue a full refund, but that doesn't fix that we had a birthday party without the one and only attraction we planned for. If I had known even one day ago, when the accident occurred, I could have planned something or rescheduled. Rather, we found out close to an hour after they were supposed to have been present.
