It's family owned so the dad, mom & daughter showed up in their pickup truck and got to work. They are clearly used to working together because they had things set up in a jif. They kept me informed via text when they would be arriving. I asked for lights since it was going to be a night activity and they provided large globe lights that lit up the tent with a great look. Everyone oohed and ahhed when I plugged them in. The tables & chairs were clean and their prices were reasonable. I'd use them again if I need a tent or other items.

We too had a backyard wedding, but out of our pole barn. The entire time I only spoke with Dan the owner, and although only my husband was available when they dropped everything off, he said it went well. Everything I ordered came, which included chairs, rectangular tables, cocktail tables, and linens. Nothing was damaged and our white chairs were pretty clean, we did not have to wipe them down at all. We had about 130 people total the day of the wedding. All of it was secured and packaged well when it was dropped off and easy enough for us to put it all back together before they picked it up. Pickup also went well, we were not home when they came but left everything in an easy to access spot. Dan was also very accommodating as I called back and changed our order about 3 times. He was easygoing about it and did not make me feel bad for it. I also called pretty short notice, only a month before our event, and they were still able to make it all happen! Their website is outdated which made it difficult to quickly compare them with other companies, but their prices were more affordable than most. There aren't very many pictures online of what they have so I had to pretty much know what I wanted going into it. Dan didn't normally pick up right away when I would call him, but if I left a voicemail or sent an email he was then quick to get back to me which I didn't have a problem with. We are also business owners ourselves so sometimes it gets busy. Overall I recommend!
