The overall atmosphere makes working out feel motivating instead of intimidating. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really focused on proper form. The workouts are challenging but approachable, and you always leave feeling stronger and energized. Even though the classes are group-based, the instructors make it easy to modify movements if needed, which makes the classes accessible for different fitness levels. I also love how intentional the workouts feel, they're effective without feeling overwhelming. It's truly a studio that makes you look forward to your workouts. The only thing I would change is the cancellation period - 12 hours is a long time for things to come up. I recommend Melt any chance I get and would absolutely encourage anyone looking for a supportive and effective workout to check it out.

I went to the flow class, which was great for beginners or just to get a good stretch and still sweat/ get a slight workout. The Studio was warm, but not hot. The temperature was nice for the class. I had Ali as instructor and I thought she did a nice job with explaining poses and taking us through the flow from pose to pose. I am glad i have a studio so close to my house!

One of my favorite things is that they greet me by name when I walk in--it truly feels like a place where people care about their members. The variety of classes is fantastic, and I love that they're continuing to expand their offerings with barre and now Pilates in addition to yoga. There's truly something for everyone, whether you're looking for a challenging workout or a more restorative practice. Most importantly, this is one of the few workouts I genuinely look forward to. I was warmly greeted and shown the space…read more It was clear most people there are regulars, but the manager and class instructor did an excellent job of making me feel like a part of the group. I participated in a hot candlelit yoga class and it was hot! The vibes were nice, it seems like pump essential oils through the room so it still smells pleasant even though it is so warm. Also, it was in the evening and was a great mix of stretching, moving, and slowing down at the end of the class. I hope to stop in again!
