His expertise, execution, ability to motivate and holistic approach make him a very effective trainer. My wife has been working out with Rob since 2010 and achieved excellent results. I was busy powerlifting at that time, I was strong and happy so I saw no need for a trainer. Out of curiosity, I joined a Crossfit gym; this experience left me weak and injured. Coupled with increasing demands from work, I grew inconsistent with my workouts and slipped terribly out of shape. Despite my efforts, I could not make any progress and became frustrated. So, even though Pam lured me to the studio i've gotten totally hooked on all the other instructors classes! There are so many types to choose from and they are all amazing! He is a bodybuilder but actually has a personality, a sense of humor, and he's kind. Kind is a major factor. He really wants you to get stronger and more confident. He will sit down with you and actually WRITE stuff down about you on a piece of paper and uses a pen.Yeah, marinate on that for a minute.
