Update: The response from the agency below is disingenuous. If they actually cared they would rectify the situation. Your nanny verbally abused my children and created an unsafe environment... of course I'm going to be upset when I call you and you refuse to help. Aaron is now in the pre k class and he still gets to see Miss Tabitha his teacher in the wee early mornings (6:30am) before he gets to learn with Miss Laura. Miss Tabitha has been there three years and she gives Aaron a hug every morning. My son is a difficult child and has been a handful for those ladies but they keep smiling and staying positive. In my experience as a parent I have been extremely grateful to share my son with Mrs. Joye and her teachers. They have continuously supported my family with love and warmth. Over the past few years, through COVid nightmare... and still, with all of the challenges that we face every day. I have always found comfort in knowing that they were going to help me shape my son as he grows. Because of the way they work with him, my son's oral language development is outstanding and he is a thoughtful, vibrant, little boy. He communicates extremely well and he expresses often that he "loves his teachers". As the new year begins, I can't help but thank the staff for showing my son that it does indeed "take a big heart to shape little minds". I often remind him to thank Ms. Joye and his teachers when we leave. And he doesn't hesitate in saying, "Thank you for taking care of me". I wanted to take this moment to do the same. I have absolutely loved having my daughter there. At one point she started having problems with diaper rash and they were so quick to adjust to her needs so that the issue went away. We were also in the weaning process when she began there and they were so happy to continually adjust with me to smoothly get her completely to cows milk. There have been a rare few days where I am running a little behind to get her and the staff has always greeted me so friendly and sweet even though my tardiness caused them to stay at work a little later. I get photos of her every day on Brightwheels, as well as get to see real time updates on what's going on in her day. It provides me with peace of mind, which is huge for me. She is always so excited to go to school and reaches for her teachers when I go to drop her off. They also feed her dinner around 5 which is something her old daycare didn't do, which makes her so much more pleasant when I get her in the evenings because I don't have to rush to feed a hungry baby. They have her on a great nap schedule and let her take additional naps if she needs it that day. I really feel like they genuinely care about me and my daughter and like for me to call if she isn't going to be there just so they know we are okay. Thank you Mrs. Joye and all of your amazing staff for creating a place in our small town where it's children are loved, safe, and taken care of. You have saved me so much time and worrying that could have been sacrificed from choosing another facility! I worked at home and we are extremely cautious with covid. My daughter got covid the first week starting at this center and found out later on that the staff told other parents that my daughter "gave it to everyone" even though the teacher had just gone on vacation and tested positive but wasn't showing symptoms... whatever. So needless to say we started off on a bad foot but unfortunately there was no light at the end of the tunnel. My daughter had extreme blistering diaper rash in their care. I would get it cleared up over the weekend and it was clockwork by Tuesday she had it again. When you put your 1 year old in their car seat and they scream at the top of their lungs because their butt is literally raw it's infuriating. I would say something in the morning when dropping her off, I would call during the day, I would email and NOTHING changed until I threatened to pull her from their care. She is at a new center and has NEVER had diaper rash since being in the new facilities care. They have an app that i thought would be fantastic....how great to receive photos of your child all day and get updated on how they are doing. Wrong! I would get an update of what she ate that day and sometimes they would also send a picture of her eating. Well, the photo never matched what it said she was eating which was extremely concerning. I understand that when a toddler starts daycare they are going to get sick a lot. But in the 5 months of us being in their care my daughter was always sick. Parents weren't notified if kids in the class were sick. My daughter threw up in her crib one night and had a horrible stomach bug (which then our entire house got) but after she was better and I brought her back the lady at the front said "oh she got it too".... I was in shock. Our new facility lets us know if any kid in the entire school gets sick and what it is-parents are notified in the app and on the front door of the center. The learning experience only notified us when it was covid. If it wasn't covid, good luck and be prepared to use a lot of your work sick time. A couple of reasons I think my daughter may have been sick all of the time could have been because I would send her to school with her cup LABELED because I do what I'm supposed to and they send her out with another child's cup. I get it kids may drink out of another kids cup but it didn't only happen once, it happened all of the time. She came home in other kids clothes(I had 3 changes of clothes there) , with other kids sheets(they had 2 extra sheets) - which is also extremely frustrating when you do label everything and then you don't get your stuff back because it went home with another kid but they don't know who. The kicker and what made me pull her from their care was for the 2nd time I picked her up and she smelt like poop when I was putting her in her car seat. The minute I got home I changed her and she had a clean diaper but she had poop in her pants. Mind you she had 3 changes of clothes as backup.... So you are telling me my poor baby has been in poopy clothes for who knows how long. She has been sitting on toys, chairs, the floor....her poo particles were on everything. NO WONDER she was always sick. I called immediately when I saw and the teacher said she didn't notice. This was the second time it had happened and the next day I emailed them letting them know she wouldn't be returning. As a new mom you don't know what to expect and what is "acceptable". I didn't know if I was overreacting so I asked friends and none of them could believe the standard of the learning experiences care. The reason we chose this center was because of the tour Ms. Jessica gave us- she made us feel at home and you could really see the passion she had. Unfortunately Ms. Jessica isn't the one watching your children. If you say anything to Ms. Courtney good luck on that information being relayed to the people that need to know about it. Oh and good luck on getting your emails returned- that was always like pulling teeth. I highly recommend you keep looking for care elsewhere!

I don't and I won't. my husband and I agreed and paid the initial fee THEN she sent an email with an invoice for $6000 on the 7th. You can create invoices all day. We were not going to extend her employment past the first week. -- however on day four of her working for us, this scam of a company tried charging our card for $6000.00! When we inquired why, they said we owe them a percentage of her salary. She only worked one week! And was late 3 of the days. Save yourself the headache and find a legit provider. JUST GO TO CARE.COM like they did, and get rid of the middleman aka scammer! She still has not explained what the $6000 was for. So no you will not get it until you can successfully do that. We paid the fee requested. The end. Her story keeps changing depending on the platform. On Facebook she claimed I wasn't even a client. Now she knows who I am and my husband is on yelp (see photo below of her amnesia on facebook) When called out she threatens to take legal action She even threatened the nanny she placed in our home. She said she would sue her if she continued to work for us. WE will not be bullied with your threats and harassing phone calls, visits (yes, all on my property) and emails. I have NO problem going to court for this matter. Let's be clear. I have stated 100 times you attempted to charge my card $6000 AFTER we paid the fee. So I'm sure there is an outstanding balancing because until you can explain to me what the $6000 is for, it's going to remain outstanding.
