My oldest is 3 years old and learning how to write in cursive. Both are speaking a whole lot better, learning sign language and learning new words in both English and Spanish! Best of all, there's no screaming and crying when I drop them off. They just walk right in... since day one. That speaks volumes to me. I have total peace of mind when I'm at work. The teachers are all so wonderful. The owner, Tamara, is so sweet and pleasant. Everyone has been extremely welcoming and warm with our family. My youngest (2yrs) can be a handful most times, but the staff continues to work with him and keep me updated on everything new...good or bad. I've only named a few things my boys have been doing since starting, but the changes in them are all positive ones. We will be keeping our boys here until they're too old to stay. Every single day, they take the time to share how my son is doing. He came from another country, but now he's learning English so fast -- he can count, name colors, and even sings songs at home that he picked up at school. WTH has been the ideal fit for us. All the teachers have at least a bachelors and many have a masters in teaching. Most have also been at WTH or teaching for many many years. When you step in WTH you can immediately tell that it's a real school environment-- they even have a library and lunch room. In a short period of time, my four year old is advancing really quickly. With in just a few weeks he's already holding a pencil correctly and writing his name (both things he didn't do at prior preschools). This was my two year old's first experience at preschool. I was a little nervous because he's never been cared for outside of our home. With in just a week he would detach with no problem and walk away with a "bye mommy." He's also becoming really independent through their encouragement. He'll bring his own things into school and put them away. It's also worth noting that the director is almost always present and is fully immersed in the activities at the school. I see her all the time from drop off to pick up.
