He is learning everyday, loves going in the morning and his so happy when I pick him up. Ms. Nancy is his teacher and he is always saying, "I go see nancy." They go outside everyday and I get a report on what they did and how his day went daily. We also have our son on a special diet and they follow our guidelines very well without complaints! They had no advice or plans to help solve the problem. I had suggestions on what had previous worked at his previous day care since we only had one disruptive write up there. His previous daycare set up a meeting and put into place ways to resolve the behavior and was successful. None of my suggestions were put into place or attempted here at Lighthouse. My son has been to two different day cares prior to this. This is the only daycare I have had issues dealing with. They would send home complaints for things as simple as him picking at his shoes. Like I mentioned previously this is the only daycare I've had this many issues with. The teacher would say things like "bringing a stuffed animal is fine and encouraged to use as a bargaining tool for good behavior" then I would be told at the front that outside toys or stuffed animals are NOT allowed please do not bring them. One instance I arrive at the day care and saw his teacher leaving. I engaged in a conversation to ask how my child did that day. Her response was " It was a bad day I'm exhausted I need to go home."
