This was a 2 day project using the 1st day to remove the old system and seal ducts and day 2 to install and test the new system. They arrived on time with all the necessary parts and equipment to handle any potential problems. During the duct sealing process, it was determined that the existing duct structure had the equivalent of a 25.8 square hole. After sealing, this was reduced to the equivalent of a 2.3 square inch hole. IMPRESSIVE ! The new system was installed per plan and has been running well for over a month which includes one or two 90 degree days. It is so quiet that one can hardly hear it. The 3 man team were very personable, neat, efficient and explained things clearly as work progressed. If you need a CAC system, call Besson 1st before anyone else

He was very knowledgeable, clear and to the point. Billy called the owner to help me in my situation because I have a 40 year old boiler, but I was not financially prepared to buy a new one yet.
